The staff was really nice and I ended up with the biggest piece of fish I have ever had. I mean this tilapia was easily twice the size of any filet I've cooked at home so three times the size any other restaurant has given me. I don't know if this is a usual thing because we were first timers. Can't wait to go back and see.
This is an iteration of a chain restaurant that's made awesome by the people that work there. The food is good, as you'd expect, but not amazing. I frequent this place for their people. If you ask me, sit at the bar, and chat the place up. Especially the waitstaff. They can be hilarious, if you're cool with them. The management is engaged with the clientele, the servers are generally awesome, the food is consistently good... Try the chicken tenders appetizer with the honey mustard...read full review

We usually enjoy O'Charleys, but it was an off night for them last night. Our waittress tried, but didn't remember to come back and check on us after she dropped off the check, then forgot several things we asked for. The rolls are awesome as usual, the chicken salad and southwest sirloin were ok. We will probably go to another location and try them out next time.
