OMB at Charlotte Douglas International Airport

Food was fair. No IPA’s? At a brewery??!! Took too long to get drinks. Server was scarce, not very friendly.

Terminal D doesn't appear to have flights at the end of the terminal, so this restaurant was completely empty. They were greatful to see me when I came in due to the reduced foot traffic in the area. I had a burger and fries, both were good, and the waitress was exceptionally nice. Definitely worth walking out of your way to get here out of the crowded areas, which is basically every else

Really liked the smash burger and sweet potato fries

Very rude server named Ashley (186426) We ordered 4 drinks, then once we got our drinks we were told we couldn’t sit there without ordering food.
We weren’t told this before and were forced out and still had to pay.

My food was good, but I was really hungry though. Service left a lot to be desired. For the most part not bad.

I have flown into and out of many airports, CLT is always a pain, disorderly, rude workers, and TSA is one of the worst I’ve experienced. The only shining spot is curbside bag check.

1) People movers have been broken for months if not years. Not a big deal if you are not changing terminals, but seriously get them fixed. 2) Have been delayed at origination airports for departure to CLT and from CLT to destinations on almost every flight I have taken that involves Charlotte. 3) Taxi times are almost as long as some of the flights out of there and ground crews are rarely ready to send or receive aircraft. Horrible airport. one of the worst in the country.

Food was subpar but edible. There was nobody at the to go order station, so everybody had to place their orders on their phones without being able to talk to a person. After I placed my order, I sat in an empty corner of the restaurant while I waited for it and was almost immediately kicked out because I was “in someone’s section” (uhhh yeah… everywhere in a restaurant is someone’s section). There was no text notification or anything for when my order was ready, which meant that despite being a paying customer, I had to stand in the walkway outside of the restaurant to wait for my food. That felt a bit unnecessary, especially considering the restaurant was hardly half full, but whatever. Better than trail mix I guess.

Crystal is an excellent server! I had the Krakow sausage and a beer. Really meaty sausage, great bun and beer. I was surprised at how good the fries were. Crystal was busy, but she made sure everyone had everything they needed and she had a great attitude and she was always smiling.

Very pricey for mixed drinks. Margaritas were $23.00 each. Food was a 5/10. I witnessed 3 other customers have problems with how long it took to get their orders. The lady beside us got up and said if we were waiting for a connecting flight, we should re-think ordering. Wery little wait staff visible and they weren't busing the tables. Ours had to be wiped down before we could even sit. I'm certain I will never be hungry enough to eat there again.Buyer beware.

One of the worst airports in the US!!! Gates are always changing last minute. So much construction. Delays everywhere. Moving up flight times without warning. 30 min walk from a terminal to e! No movers working! Super short layovers no matter how much planning goes into it! In short: they seriously suck and a layover hub and it’s high time they convert to a regional airport bc they cannot handle the volume. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Food was what I needed and Ashley at the bar was super cool. Good beer and well poured drinks.

have flown threw Charlotte twice now, different vacations and many years apart and both times had 2 hour delays. had to deboard the plane both times. and to top it off this last time, they for some reason loaded our checked bag onto a different flight?? didnt say anything or give any heads up. if i didnt have the American airlines app im not sure I would have even known? no explanation either when i asked after. now i have to wait for ALL MY BELONGINGS to be delivered. piss poor service if you ask me.

Wings ample in quantity but undercooked. Beer was good.
