The worst experience I’ve ever had at an airport. I was told one gate walk 15 minutes to get to the gate ask if I’m in the correct spot. Agent at desk was extremely rude and said I had to go to a completely different gate. I asked how to get there and was rudely told to read the signs. I said I’ve never been here. I wanted to make sure I made my connecting flight. I unexpectedly lost my mother this morning I’m just trying to get home. No apology or help. Walk another 10 minutes again ask to ensure I’m in the right place as they started boarding and was again treated with an attitude. Being in customer service myself you never know what someone is going through. Treat people with kindness.

I don’t understand why they use plastic cups. I get that the cup says that it’s made out of corn and is 100% compostable, but we all know these cups are headed to a landfill. The pint glass was invented for places like this. You’re better than this.

My 2 favorite things about CLT airport are getting a beer at Jack's and the leaving! If you like beer and have time, stop by! The Hornet's Nest is a fantastic Hefeweizen.

If you like craft beer, this is a great corner of Terminal E in the Charlotte airport. Part of Old Mecklenburg Brewery which I learned is the oldest in Charlotte. Bartender, maybe owner, was great to talk to. He's a bit deluded that the Eagles should've won the last Super Bowl, but the Chiefs won...so that's OK :).

Had a lady take whatever was left on my after she seen it was 17.58phone and tell me one drink was 28 dollars then told me she can’t do anything for me and there’s nothing she can do when she could of refunded it dont make a lick of sense

I've stopped in to Captain Jack's Tavern several times while waiting for a flight. If you are looking for anything other than a drink and a few snack options, keep walking. I ordered a spicy bloody mary and was not disappointed. My drink had the kick I was looking for to keep me going. I always order a single shot because I don't want to use the restroom on the plane lol. They did have a few different kinds of chips and jerkey for sale. The bartender said they were going to start selling a few additional snacks soon. This spot is small, so there's no room for kitchen.I was in out in 10 minutes so I could catch my connecting flight. I'll continue to grab a drink from Captain Jack's in the future
