On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina

This place completely wastes your time and money. This is by my house so I’ve been very frequently. The management, staff, and food keep getting worse and worse. Today my boyfriend and I actually walked out. Our food came out completely soggy, beans literally water on both our plates. We had to call someone over because there was no staff around for a long time, in order to get a manager. Then when our waitress finally came she said that the manager was cooking?? We waited over 25 minutes. This place has turned into trash and that’s why they have to bribe you with the free queso.

The seating hostess were great very fast and friendly however our waitress was not the same she was not personable and unkind in explaining the menu. We spent over $100 and she did not make us feel welcomed or as if she wanted to wait on us.

One of my favorite restaurants. The Firecracker Japolone are the best.

We've dying to hear numerous times but the service we received today from Jordan was outstanding! She mentioned that she was fairly new to the server industry but we couldn't tell, her customer service skills were outstanding and she was genuinely welcoming and friendly and a true pleasure to have as our server! Kudos to the GM for hiring her!

Great service, great food!! Our waitress Jay (not sure how her name is spelled) did an excellent job serving my family!! Hope to have her again as our waitress next time I or my family come in!!

Food and service was terrible. The waitress was very disrespectful. Never coming back. Foods worse than Taco Bell.

Like Mexican food and the staff here is really good. They take care of ur order and make sure the food tastes great. Will definitely go here again

Great selection of Tex Mex dishes. Good value for money!

Guacamole is not smashed avocado. Good thing I know how to make it out of things at the table. Also medium rare steak isn't the same as well done. Waited 30 min for outdoor dining to have to eat inside. A very unpleasant experience all around

Great for a a kinda chain Mexican restaurant. A lot of tables and room on the inside and out. The bar is a good size. Prices on par.

Lorraine is Great.. she worked us through our order very well helped us make a few decisions excellent choice. The avocado french fries were phenomenal.Thanks Lorraine you made it worth coming there!

Great service, good outdoor seating area, felt safe and distanced in covid times. Great good came out fast.

Service was okay. The food was below average. Perhaps I'm more accustomed to authentic mexican food.

Bartender/waiter was very non existence. No business in bar area. Kept having to ask for things over and over. Drinks were good but expensive. Food was ok nothing special. Disappointing

We come here almost weekly and the food is good. We always ask for Robin who is their best server. You never have to ask for anything and she keeps your drinks full! Thanks Robin!
