One of the great food halls in the city. Plenty of food, parking and seating options. A great place to chill and enjoy delicious food. I totally loved the place. I highly recommend this place if you visiting the city. One of the tour guide recommended this place and I am thankful to him for the suggestion.

We were visiting Charlotte for the first time and made a stop here and so glad we did! Everything we had to eat was delicious, the area was clean, and the service at every vendor was great! Very family friendly and affordable. 100% recommend if you are in the area. I still think about my crispy masala fish roll from Bottiwalla😋

What a fun place with a lot of different food options. From gelato to candy to home decor and more.
Featuring ample parking around the area too
We tried the pasta place which was good. Food was missing salt but it was tasty and fresh. We also tried the dumplings place and that was delicious. 12 homemade dumplings in a spicy sauce (pork dumplings).
The gelato was really good too and since you’re walking around, you are burning all the calories so you can go for more.

Finally made it out to Optimist Hall and I really enjoyed the atmosphere, dining options, and outside seating areas. Liked the 90 minute free parking and that I was able to find a spot to park on a busy Labor Day afternoon.

We went to Botiwalla, the Indian spot tucked inside Optimist Hall. What about the food, you ask? Spectacular. A bold, balanced blend of spice and flavor that actually tastes like something. I took one bite of the lamb slider and, like that scene in Ratatouille, I was gone—back to my teenage years in India, back to the street stalls and smoky grills and the kind of food that stays with you.

The manager was just as impressive. Checked in after our first few bites—not in a scripted way, but genuinely. Asked if anything needed correcting, brought over extra plates so we could share. Thoughtful, present, and clearly proud of the place.

Don’t wait. Run. This is the kind of food that makes you feel something.

A very neat food court concept among a dead zone for restaurants. Prices are remarkably high for the portion sizes. Will stay away from the barbecue place as it was nothing special but had to mortgage the house for a tiny sandwich. Not sure I'd make the trip back unless I was starving and in the area

My person and I were first timers this past weekend. Already can't wait to go back. It's a whole vibe. Food was delicious and different from what we are offered in our town.
