I just want to give a shout out to this Outback , thanks to the managers Raven and the other lady on duty(sorry I can't remember her name) , the two servers we had, cooks , and table busters! Thank you for accommodating a large party at a short notice. Everything was perfect. It was my son's college graduation at UNCCharlotte. We will definitely be back!

It was an amazing experience with the Outback location in Steel Creek, Charlotte NC. Mr. David Mariani great assistance very well mannered and a great manager he needs a raise if you ask me, and Alicea our waiter was amazing and patient thank yall so much.

Haven’t been to an Outback in years, but had just finished up grabbing a Christmas tree nearby and the family was hungry, so we stopped in. Holy cow - better service than some of the best restaurants in Charlotte (I’m looking at you Rada…). Kia and the manager on duty went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Food was decent, drinks were good, but the service was absolutely top notch. Didn’t think I would walk away with a new restaurant to frequent by the outlets, but here we are!

Food took a bit to come out, and we were some of the only people there. Steaks were cold, chewy, and not appetizing. Salmon was very salty.

Order was not right for 2 main items 18oz. Rib eye and Baked potato. Sent all the toppings for the potato but no potato! Smh Please get it together it's getting ridiculous!
