Me and my big family came to Outback after church , the customer service was terrible we couldn’t get a seat until 40 minutes later then the time they told us and when the server took orders he left someone out and came back with an attitude as if we did something to them so he got mad because we asked was he ever gonna come back and take the order , got smart and bucked his necked and walked away and served me this , the manager didn’t do anything but apologize and continue to let him in the floor to serve others that’s crazy and I can really take this to court if i wanted to .

Phenomenal! The best Outback I’ve been to and it’s not close. Well, it is close to my house. In all seriousness, my wife and I frequent here weekly and we always have a great experience. Also, The bartenders are great!!

I ordered it to go and receive the wrong order. I had to return back to the restaurant to receive the correct order. When I called the restaurant to come back, I told her to please have my order ready. She should have remade the order, it was cold, not even warm, and, the steak was not made the way I had asked. They overcooked it the steak was full of fat. There is 10% meat and there was 90% fat. The macaroni bites were cold and gross. The only good things that came out of the meal was the double chocolate layered cake . The cheesecake was still frozen on the inside. This is very disappointing. Outback is known for making delicious food and they fell so short of this. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat here. They need to reevaluate their kitchen because the cook has no idea what the hell they are doing.

There's a very good reason we continue to come here regularly. The service is great - they actually care and are authentic and genuine. the food is always outstanding, especially if you are hankering for a steak, and CLEAN.when we visited here on saturday the 9th we had Troy who was super awesome!! Just an all around nice guy who wanted to be there, which SHOWS. Thank you Troy for going above and beyond to make our experience great.We will continue to come to this restaurant!
