Paco's Tacos and Tequila

My partner and I went to Paco's on a beautiful Saturday evening and we were surprisingly seated immediately. I was expecting at least a 10 minute wait, but there was no wait! Our server was awesome, and the food came out quickly. They have got sauces on the table for condiments, and for all my hot sauce connoisseurs out there, take home a bottle of their green verde sauce. They'll sell you a bottle if you ask! Five stars for sure.

Food was amazing and they accommodated our large group, on a Tuesday at 6pm. Always kept our table stocked with chips and salsa and food was so delicious.

This is a place where I go to whenever I'm in the area. Everything all around is good.

The service was truly outstanding! Although the guacamole arrived a bit late, the owner or manager (I’m not sure of his exact title) was incredibly generous and didn’t charge us for it or the extra tortillas. The steak quesadillas are a must-try – I highly recommend them!

Food is more tex-mex than anything else and average. You are paying for location. A little too noisy for my taste and setup makes it feel crowded.

Went for brunch at Paco’s Tacos. Had the Chilaquitas with three fried eggs. Excellent! Lewis was our server. Very friendly and attentive. The whole experience was outstanding. Food tasted great. Portions are very large. Reasonable priced. Highly recommended.

What an amazing place to stop at! Honestly everytime I'm in for a drink or food, Every staff member at this location is nice and are cool to just have a conversation with, You can tell that they all are dedicated and are certainly hard workers. I love you guys ❤️

I, and several other friends of mine, will literally go out of our way to go here when we're in Charlotte - it's that good!

We have gone here for several years (probably over a decade at this point) and the quality of the food has remained excellent throughout those years. Never, not in a single instance of the dozens of times coming here, have I ever been disappointed - the tacos are always on point, the beer is cold, and the margaritas are top notch. I have yet to find anything on the menu that isn't fantastic!

Do yourself a favor, and treat yourself to the fresh guac - I've traveled a good bit over the years and have yet to find a better freshly made guac in all of my travels (even to some places in Mexico...just saying!)
