Went to Toscana to celebrate my wife's birthday, I mentioned this in the reservation. To our surprise there was a birthday card wishing my wife a happy birthday when we arrived at the table. We started with the Beef Carpaccio (wife LOVED IT) and Bruschetta (I wish the menu had stated it came with balsamic vinegar).For main dishes my wife ordered the Mare (LOVED IT) and I ordered the Pollo Medici (REALLY GOOD). We haven't been to Toscana in 15 or 20 years and took our neighborhood dine around group for dinner on 2/23. Our food was very good but the room we were in was VERY noisy so having a conversation with the other two couples was difficult. There were several daily specials but I thought they were pricey.....most were $50 so we chose to eat off their regular menu. We split the arugula salad and both had veal piccatta....very good.
