“Have you ever wanted to travel back in time and to the future - but simultaneously? Biryani and Beyond had us envisioning we were in the Pakistani village of my husband’s Nonni with delectable, regional specialties of haleem, parathi, and (of course!) chicken biryani. At the same time, the food we ordered was from one of Charlotte’s most future-forward ghost kitchens where back-of-house space is shared by nine restaurants. Kids loved the Brady-Bunch style ordering process, and we loved chatting with other foodies trying dishes from micro-restaurants before we each took our food home for a feast. Rest assured we will visit this delicious Pakistani restaurant again soon!“
