Food was overall great.Not expensive and big portion for one person.But why rice was under cooked.I have read other people reviews and looks like it’s like that from a long time.I think owner of franchise should do something about it. Also 5 dollar for fountain drink is too much.Vegetarian options: No option for vegetarian

Service was horrible with cashier Ayanna! This individual was extremely rude and unprofessional with me. When I took the issue up with the manager he apologized but was foreseeably overwhelmed and overtaken by this employee. Ayanna should NOT deal with customers F2F. She actually told me I didn't matter as a customer.

I in this location about 4 months ago and it was great! I’m not sure what happened but man, it is the worse. Dice wasn’t cooked, they forgot to give me silverware so I asked for some and the lady was like “ look in your bag” to which I informed her that I looked and she didn’t believe me and I had to show her the empty bad. Unbelievable.

The most ghetto rude unprofessional Panda Express I've ever visited. Monday night 12/11 9pm crew needs to be retrained and the manager on duty needs to be terminated. He is poor example of management doesn't deserve the title. This crew thought it was best guest service to play with each other then to check the quality of food. Felt my flight schedule was more important then the paycheck they are supposed to be working for.So many food volition in 3mins.Manager walks to front to handle complaint with food in his mouth smacking. Darn near spitting it our on everybody and every dry/old product left. When he was confronted with uncooked/hard rice. He just shock it off like whatever. When asked if he tried to food to ensure the highest quality for the price. He said NO. It was an HONEST employee to say it hard and not done. Manager continued to make fun of the issue and cared more about looking cool in from of his EMPLOYEES then leading the team and by example. A disgrace to the company and the brand. This airport location will continued to see sales down and transactions due to poor customer service and quality of food.I hope the owner does night visits and secret shoppers. The wheels on that bus is loaded with nails in all the tires.

We love this place because it is really good American Chinese and is affordable.Vegetarian options: They have sides of steamed vegetables, white or fried rice to choose from.Dietary restrictions: Lots of chicken to choose from if you don't eat pork or red meat.

Don't have anything, waited 15 minutes in line for them to try and put something in my bag that I didn't order instead of what I wanted. Then had to wait another 15 minutes for them to get the thing I initially ordered.

Horrible service! Lazy and could care less about working... I was passing through the airport on November 8 and stopped at the Panda Express on the way to my gate. When I walked up, the woman at the cash register had just finished with a customer. She glanced at me, then as she finished with the customer, started celebrating and raising the roof that she had done something. I didn't catch what that something was, but it must have been pretty good since she decided to walk off the floor and not come back. She glanced at me a second time as she high fived someone, then disappeared into the back. There were 3 other employees as I stood there. One younger guy was bent down with his back to me cleaning or working on something. Another guy was leaning on, a broom maybe?, just glaring at me. And a woman walked out from the back and leaned on a counter, glaring at me. I waited patiently. The younger guy finally turned around and nicely said that someone would be back to help me. So I waited, and a line began to form behind me. The older man and woman, not doing anything, continued just glaring at me. I waited a few more minutes and decided if they hate their job this much, I probably don't want that food anyways. And the glaring was really uncomfortable. So I left. Not the first time I've had an experience like this in Charlotte. I will never bother with this Panda Express again on my pass throughs. Horrible service, and I'd imagine this same attitude is taken with the food and cleanliness. Do not recommend.
