I ordered a bowl around 8pm on a Saturday. They were completely out of my favorite meat, but the nice young man behind the glass helped me pick an alternative and explained the flavor profiles. This is the best Panda Express I've ever had. I normally don't like Panda Express, but there was nothing good to eat in this airport. The line of the Panda Express was extremely long. So I was like, at a minimum, The food is gonna be fresh. I got the bourbon chicken and they replaced the chicken as soon as I walked up there. I also got fresh fried rice in the low main.
