Ordered a bacon turkey , 2 people checked it after it was made and no one noticed. IT HAD NO BACON. And it was falling apart. Tried to call but got no answer. Just bad. Would not go back
I want to like you Panera, I really do! Your food is tasty but your portions are downright stingy for the price. The amount of chicken salad you put on the chicken salad sandwich is criminal.
They’ve gotten my order wrong in the same way twice. The first time I called, the man I spoke with said he would send out the correct order with a coupon and I would receive a refund—never happened. This time they just decided to stop communicating with customers.
