The worst Panera Bread I have ever in my life been to! I will never go back! They missed up my order 3 times and I was a fool from the beginning to assume they got it right time after time. They thought it was funny and a joke!!

Unfortunately we live in a time where companies do the absolute least for their customers... I shouldnt have to use a syrup pump to "make my tea sweet like I like it". Panera bread employees can make my tea sweet like I like it's what ive paid for. Imagine buying a car to find out all of the electronic switches were not installed at the manufacturer and the customer had to go on-site and do it themself. Stop skimping on what service is being paid for... or make the kitchen accessible to your customer.

Horrifically bad, 3 days in a row. Never seen a Panera location anywhere close to this bad, consistently. Even lukewarm, stale coffee each day.
Edit - Day 5 - stopped in for coffee. None. Notified staff, they brought more out after a considerable wait. It was already stale or sour, and barely room temperature e
Edit - Day 6 - nest in for hot tea. paid, got cup….NO HOT WATER! I would’ve notified a worker if I could find one. No one at registers or anywhere visible in the store except hustling in the kitchen. So I left.
Joke’s on me. I’m a slow learner and kept trying here, all week, out of location/convenience. Wasted a lot of cash. It became a game “what will be terrible this time?”
Only returned out of location convenience (inside Atrium Main hospital).

A catered lunch includes lettuce that I have never seen the color of lettuce. (Yellow). And in uptown charlotte! Wow! Not my dime, but just really amazed how management OR EVEN staff would let this go out the door. Oh this is a Caesar salad.
