I ordered delivery a day ahead of time for my son’s birthday party today, it was critical that it be delivered by 2:15. And when it was 5 minutes late I called and was told there were no delivery drivers. My husband had to rush over to pick it up. At the very least they could have called us to let us know we needed to pick it up. I called an order into the 10110 Johnson Rd, Charlotte Store at 5:20pm on 11-19-2021. Over 2 hours later I hadn't received my food. When I called the store, they told they had no orders for me, however it appeared on my card. As I tried to get an explaination the man on the phone stated I don't know, and abruptly, rudely hung up on me.
I will be calling the corporate office in the morning and not using this unprofessional store again.
I love Papa John's, but this location has a very poor reputation for delivering a quality product. I highly suggest if you want Papa John's call the store on South Blvd in the Home Depot parking lot and go pick it up.
