the work team and the person who works in preparing the pizza is really careless, he does not wear a mesh or hair cap, he crosses from the preparation area to the cash register to deliver orders, he returns to his work area and does not Wash your hands, never wear gloves! On the other hand, the person who took my order never asked me for my name, I waited more than 20 minutes since I saw that the box they had put to deliver was mine!

I had called the so called manager and told her there was a hair in my order but she didn't even say that they were sorry for this. Later I called to complain to Jimmy the other manager but a really great staff member named Forest took care of the matter very well and I didn't have to complain to Jimmy . Shout out to Forest!

Trash service by Maya and all of her employees. They steal your money and lie and say you were refunded. I can see why they have 2.9. I will be taking this complaint up the chain of command because this establishment shouldn't even be serving anyone anymore. I have worked Papa Johns before for 3 years, this is not how a good one is ran.

Ordered delivery waited over an hour after food was done, for my food to show up cold. Driver passed right infront of my house to then take 10 minutes to come back and have to flag them down. Way they try to make it right was just give me a discount on a future order I will most definitely won't be making.

wanted some good pizza tonight and something sweet so I go to papa johns to order some pizza and to try out the new Twix bits well when I got home and opened up my Twix bits this is what a found burnt to a crisp Twix bits that lady knew she was wrong when she handed me it and I say that cuz I sat there and watched her box my order you should not give someone burnt for you know you wouldn't even eat your self it's crazy won't be back to this location I promise

One of the worst pizza orders I’ve gotten in a while. Ordered bacon cheese bread. Almost no bacon. Definitely over baked too as cheese was no longer cheesy. The pizza was a stuffed crust - the outside crust was fine, but the actual pizza was so thin it was almost nonexistent. Definitely won’t be ordering here again.
Ordered the new garlic epic stuffed crust and couldn’t taste any garlic on the crust and the cheese wasn’t melted. Not worth it at all.

Great pizza on the original crust. The thin crust pizza was not good at all but the original crust was great. We got some Garlic/Parmesan chicken wings and that was the best wings I have had in quite some time. Definitely recommend.
