This particular Papa John's has always been really good. The manager has changed many times but I understand why because their hospitality is so good that I strongly believe that they go on to another level somewhere else. I teach leadership and I have seen plenty of good people at this particular Papa John's and we eat there regularly

I had a pickup order which had a drink, a large pizza and bread sticks. I ask the young lady at the counter to place it inside of a bag so I could carry it. She put the bag on the counter. I ask her. or put it in the bag bc my hands were full. She told me it was “my job “ to put it in the bag and “what’s the big deal for me to do it”. She was not busy at all.

I placed an order via the Papa John's App and I immediately realized that the Papa John's store was the wrong location that I needed it to be. I called the store within 1 minute of realizing the mistake and the representative that I spoke with assured me that they hadn't started making the order yet and that it would be canceled. We'll the order was never canceled and I was still charged for a pizza that I never received.

Im just utterly confused on how this pizza was able to be sent out for delivery. We ended up just throwing it away due to us not sure what was done to it beyond a piece taken/replaced with who knows (eaten maybe?) Bad quality control. Was cardboard like regardless so probably good to not consume it.

My pizza wasn't hot to start then opened my box was heartbroken lacked chesse and toppings but had a abundance of sauce. It ruined my experience very disappointed and I'm always satisfied with Papa John's wow

Whoever is working today was SO very rude to me! To have someone like this answering your phones is unacceptable. I called in to cancel my order and upon answering the phone I was yelled at very aggressively. It seems that the systems were down and the person answering the phone was super frustrated, which I understand, but that is so unacceptable to yell at a customer calling in She should be fired. That was the rudest thing I’ve ever experienced. I will continue to post my bad reviews anywhere possible until I receive a response and an apology from you all.

Average Papa John's. Nothing especialIy good or bad. If you mobile order and Papa Track they always set the pizza to ready after about 5 minutes, but it's not actually ready. It's always minimum 20 minutes. I've order from here 20+ times over the last few years and that is a consistent occurrence.
