Average Papa John's. Nothing especialIy good or bad. If you mobile order and Papa Track they always set the pizza to ready after about 5 minutes, but it's not actually ready. It's always minimum 20 minutes. I've order from here 20+ times over the last few years and that is a consistent occurrence.

Ate chicken wings from this establishment 2 times and each time my stomach hurts so bad and had diarrhea something not right beware

Absolutely terrible experience. I placed an order and paid through the link sent in the tracking email, THE MONEY WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT, but when I called the store, they claimed it “didn’t go through.” I showed proof that I was charged, but instead of helping, the manager was completely rude and dismissive.
I ended up with no food, lost money, and horrible customer service.
I will never order from this location again, and I’ll be reporting this to corporate. Save yourself the headache and order somewhere that actually values their customers.

I am very disappointed. I ordered 2 large pizza's. One was okay , the second pizza looks unappetizing and was not even CUT. Manager told me my pizza has bubbles so I need to wait a couple of minutes since they aree making a new one. Only to get home and realize they gave me the same disgusting pizza. 😡

i am disgusted. i ordered two pizzas for
delivery, one had a hair in it and the other one was undercooked and the crust was the wrong crust. i am beyond disappointed.

The only thing I dislike is that there is no proper seating for me to at least wait for my order. Rest was really good. Food was tasty!!

Delivery was timely. Pizza was ready to eat no heat up. Arrived a little earlier than expected which was great. I ordered when I was home so no issue to receive e the order.
Pizza was great! Service too.

I will never order from this Papa John's again, this was a terrible customer experience. Tbh this is the 2nd time Ive received really bad customer service at this location. Please keep in mind I had 3 children under the age of 5 that did not eat until 10p. Our pizzas were supposed to be ready at 7:40p when I arrived to pick up my order I was told it was going to be an another hour and a half before my order was going to be ready come to find out my pizzas were ready at the time I arrived at 7:53 and they tried to give me pizzas that had been sitting under the warmer for 2hrs and when we complained they just re-ran the same pizzas back through the oven. No apologies from the manager for their mistake and not checking to see if my pizzas were ready when I arrived at 7:53p nor for having me wait two additional hours when my pizzas were already ready…smh please don’t go to this location

I normally order pizza from this location, but after what I just witnessed from an employee, I won't be back. A female employee came outside in her work apron to pet dogs. The dogs are jumping all over the front of her apron. She then proceeds to go back into the restaurant behind the counter handling boxes, without washing her hands!

Just don't. Pizza barely edible, appearance not very appetizing. Cheesesticks dry and hard. Do yourself a favor and visit Marco's if you are in the area and you want pizza from a chain that is good.

Had a big crew working on $4.99 medium 1 topping day in my neighborhood. Efficient staff as many customers flowed without disruption while I waited only 10 min for my pineapple Za'. All of the ladies were friendly and the pizza was quintessentially 90's. Glad to have papa J in the heezy tonight (& for lunch tomorrow). 5 stars

Forgot just how bad this pizza is. Small, skimp on toppings and just doesn't taste like it did years ago.

Just moved into the apartment complex beside and wanted something quick. Placed a carry out order for a large pepperoni pizza ready within 10-15 mins and super hot.

I have still not received a refund for the missing sides I paid extra for. Do yourself a favor and order from the Papa John’s on Eastfield. I accidentally placed my delivery order for this location and will not be making that mistake again.
