Expensive, but no more than anything else at the airport.

I ordered a Plain Cheese Pizza at the Papa Johns and got a 8 inch pizza. They offer only 8 inch pizza. We dont get cheese sticks or garlic breads, which I was looking for.

The pizza was not filling and it was not crispy. Did not meet the expectation of Papa Johns. I will not try again in Papa Johns at any airport.

Vegetarian options: They use the same cutter for all Veg and Non-Veg options. They should have separate cutters with Green / Red handles which will good feel for Vegans.

I ordered the meats pizza and when I say to eat I found the crust was doughy. I went to ask for an exchange and received one but found it too was undercooked. While I was watching the workers I noticed that the oven was not pushing pizza through and it appeared as if she was turning them by hand. Very disappointed as PJ’s is my favorite pizza. Will avoid this location when traveling next time.

I was unsure if the staff was deaf or just didn’t know how to speak.

I ordered a Garden Fresh Pizza and it was ok in taste more or less. I mean, it was edible, with enough crushed red pepper on it. And at least it was better than the meal, which was waiting for me in Economy Class on the subsequent flight back home to Germany.

We had a lunch order today from velvet taco that never made it to our office with no apology and when I called Papa John’s Pizza and had 14 pizzas and dessert delivered within 45 minutes I was very impressed. Thank you so much for saving the day and lunch meeting attendees that were starving at this point close to 2:00PM today. A+++

Trash. Got my money back after the worker pulled my pizza about ¾ the way through their oven conveyor and asked me if it was cooked enough for me. This isn’t hard. Let it go all the way through and fully cook.

What a clown act! The entire staff seemed super stoned and could not care less about the customers. The owner should be ashamed of the employees.Pizza sucked. Took 3 people to make change. Don’t eat here.

When I arrived to place my order, Kaniqua was kindly helping a costumer who she was referring to as her “home girl”. I waited for my turn, placed my order, paid. She then realized there was no Diet Coke I just paid for. I asked if I could have water instead and if there was a price difference. She responded there was but I could have the water. The other employees and Kaniqua were dancing, singing and playing with each other as if there were no costumers there. She then asked me again which pizza I ordered (the works) and placed a meat livers in the oven instead. Then went on to a group video the other employees started while dancing together, and recognizing the mistake, I said “excuse me, I ordered the works”. She aknowledged me and placed the pizza in the oven. The other lady’s order was ready, she handed it to her and kindly wished her a nice evening (this was another passanger, she was not a coworker). Then went back to cutting off again, to the point that a male employee in the neighbor’s business told her out loud that she may be forgotten her costumer (referring to me). My pizza was then coming out of the oven, she got it ready, handed it to me without looking at my face. I thanked her and wished her a good evening, she mumbled her response again without looking at my face. I went back after finished eating and asked for her name so that I could write a review. She hesitated in giving it to me, but the cashier asked me if everything was ok, and I explained that I wanted her name because I would write this review. The cashier then wrote her name down for me. There’s a line between having fun with your coworkers and being disrespectful with the clients in front of you.
