When I arrived to place my order, Kaniqua was kindly helping a costumer who she was referring to as her “home girl”. I waited for my turn, placed my order, paid. She then realized there was no Diet Coke I just paid for. I asked if I could have water instead and if there was a price difference. She responded there was but I could have the water. The other employees and Kaniqua were dancing, singing and playing with each other as if there were no costumers there. She then asked me again which pizza I ordered (the works) and placed a meat livers in the oven instead. Then went on to a group video the other employees started while dancing together, and recognizing the mistake, I said “excuse me, I ordered the works”. She aknowledged me and placed the pizza in the oven. The other lady’s order was ready, she handed it to her and kindly wished her a nice evening (this was another passanger, she was not a coworker). Then went back to cutting off again, to the point that a male employee in the neighbor’s business told her out loud that she may be forgotten her costumer (referring to me). My pizza was then coming out of the oven, she got it ready, handed it to me without looking at my face. I thanked her and wished her a good evening, she mumbled her response again without looking at my face. I went back after finished eating and asked for her name so that I could write a review. She hesitated in giving it to me, but the cashier asked me if everything was ok, and I explained that I wanted her name because I would write this review. The cashier then wrote her name down for me. There’s a line between having fun with your coworkers and being disrespectful with the clients in front of you.

Today was my first home delivery received a wonderful Pizza wonderfully made delivered in a timely the delivery guy was nice will definitely be ordering more pizzas from this location well manager and employees thank you????️?️???

The whole company is terrible.management doesn’t care for employees. When management feels like they are wrong and you say sum bout them doing you wrong they fire you. The management is so meager here. The lack of accountability, leadership, customer service, patience etc, everything you need to be a successful business is something they done have I can do names Micheal Hunter is the first I can speak on goes around talking about employees behind their backs and presenting and practically training his coworker or subordinate Ishmael to do the same ignorant and deceptive things he does. Coming through every once in a while there and see they don’t care have barely taking care of the rat problem. And roach problems because they have both.

Tried the everything pizza. It was great and very filling. Great deal for 13$. I will be eating here everytime I fly through charlotte airport. 5-10 minute wait time, but I am okay with that for freshly baked pizza, rather than reheated.
I can't really add much. We went to the counter saw what was a 4 bite pizza for 18.00 and moved on. I realize it's the airport but come on.

I didn’t even make it to the counter before deciding this Papa John’s was not getting my business. A very large male employee at the oven started shouting to people in line asking what they wanted. I was fourth in line from the counter and too far back to read the menu properly. When he started shouting at me for my order, I told him I wasn’t ready to order yet. He very rudely rolled his eyes and continued to stare at me with impatience. As a smaller woman, I felt very belittled and anxious.My family and I order Papa John’s from our home state of Texas quite frequently so experiencing such poor treatment was unprecedented.Papa John’s: I’m a business owner so I understand the struggle to find competent employees right now. But seriously, you can do better than this.

Terrible customer service on the 9th of Nov at 4:15 pm. The staff laughed and shouted at me and my husband because we didn’t know the menu and were not quick enough to order. I found this so rude and expressed my concerns, but they, especially the male staff, kept laughing. I’m from overseas and shouldn’t know every single menu at every restaurant worldwide!
