I had a 10:30 reservation, yet upon arrival there was already a line formed at the restaurant entrance. We stood there for about five minutes before anyone even acknowledged us; while standing directly at the entryway. When we asked an employee whether we should wait in the line despite having a reservation, we were told yes, “until we're ready for you.” Come to find out, that employee was actually the hostess. Tried out the restaurant during restaurant week. It was definitely a great way to try the food and get a feel for the vibe. Everything that we ate was delicious. Great portions and flavorful. The drinks were also wonderful as well. They have hookah which we didn't get, but it smelled wonderful. They also had a D.J. there which was nice.
Very nice atmosphere, very good service and very good tasting food. But just heads up, on the menu the (VGO) besides the Spicy Rigatoni DOES NOT mean it is the Vegan Option. It means it's Vegan Optional. You have to tell your server you want it vegan. My slight oversight between this very small change between the words: (option and optional) resulted in a bad night for me bc I'm lactose. So make sure you read everything in detail!
