The food was good but the service was terrible and the servers were terrible.

Food was exactly what I wanted very satisfying and in big portions. Highly recommend

This was my first time dining in at Parkway House. I had grilled pork chop and the food was so delicious!!!!

Fyi Beef tip on Saturday are beef strips on rice with no gravy. The fried chicken and pork chop are good.

The food was amazing and the restaurant seemed really clean but the wait staff was all very grumpy and seemed to like to gossip right in front of us. It was very strange. And there was a dog barking loudly on the other side of the wall we were seated at which we couldn't account for. The chocolate milk definitely had something wrong with it too. Taste was very off.

We were completely deserted by our waitress on Sunday, April 26th between 1:30 and 2pm, I’m not sure if she went home or what happened. Thanks to the young man that helped us, he was really busy waiting his own tables, but found the time to get my toast, and our to go boxes and he had a great attitude,

Hands down the best customer service cleanliness. The food was excellent cooked to perfection. First time trying them was yesterday and it was so yummy I had to come back today! I was craving fried seafood so I got the alaska white + jumbo shrimp 😋 portion sizes are GENEROUS! Considering that, the price is great. I highly recommend ordering online through because it’s cheaper than ordering over the phone. For example, online I can add 6 jumbo shrimp on to my fish plate for ~$3.50 but over the phone I have to pay the full price of ~$8, which is what I did yesterday. Today I only paid ~$19 after tax and yesterday, I paid like ~$23.

Anywho, love this spot & so happy to have tried them! Highly recommend

We found this place by accident in a trip to Charlotte to service our car. It was a great diner with a huge menu! Great customer service and wonderful food. The pork chops were delicious!
