I got the vegan Chana masala. Really good! Medium on the spice scale was still pretty mild. I’ll probably get a step up next time. Also got the vegan tandoori roti, which was fresh and paired well with the meal.

0/10, don’t recommend. I ordered 2 orders of lamb Rogan Josh, garlic naan, and chef salad. I live 30 min away and wanted to try this place because I heard good things. I got home and realized they did not give us the two orders of rice that was supposed to come with the meal. I called and was told I’d be given a full refund for the rice. I continued to eat my lamb and found this LONG BLACK HAIR in my food. I’m pregnant and immediately felt sick. I called back and was sent to the “chef” who told me he did not have refunding capabilities and I should come back to have the food remade. Again, I live 30 min away and I don’t want any more food that could potentially have more hair in it. I have locs in my hair and that is clearly not a loc. the hair was so deep in the food anyway. The “chef” basically insinuated that there was someone who called every week asking for a refund. I have no clue what that has to do with me because this was my first time eating here. Lastly, they have cameras in there so they could clearly see that I picked up this order. I have not been refunded any money and I am 100% disappointed with this restaurant. Again, I do not recommend this place and it’s a shame what they are doing to people.

11/26/24 Ordered my food online for pickup at 11:15 an hour ahead of time (they opened at 11). I still ended up waiting 30 mins for my food. So this last experience wasn't great, but I have been going here for years-since I was a student at UNCC.

However, This is by far some of the best Indian food in Charlotte. I come clear across town to eat here. Prices have gone up and portions have gotten smaller (like almost everywhere post-COVID). But I do recommend them.

i’m not indian so maybe that’s why i didn’t like it and it kind of wasn’t that good but i truly did not like this and i ate with people who have eaten indian food before and they said it just was not good and it was literally on paper plates like hello? i feel i like you could get something better quality for the price. for being indian food there just was not enough spices.

I think they are running veg park in Uber eats . Very rude ppl they won't even let you know they are canceling the order. I waited for an hour and they cancelled without informing.

Not recommended at all. I mean I have had biryanis from so many Indian restaurants but biryani from this by far most be the tasteless biryanis I had. It was bland , salt less, spices less. My 2 year old would cook better. And I ordered fish chilli , looked like it came out of a frozen box warmed and dumped into some ketchup . Horrible.

I've been ordering from here for years. Never a problem. I called the restaurant after placing my order to see if I could get some extra sauce for the biryani order and the woman that answered suggested it wasn't a good idea to put extra sauce on biryani. She eventually said she'd ask the chef. I asked if it could be put on the side and she blatantly told me no or it would be $10.00 extra charge. Disappointing that a longtime, repeat customer would be treated that way.

Gobi Manchurian was burnt and bitter, and found hair in my chicken tikka masala

Butter Chicken and Tikka Masala was great, I only wish they labeled it so we knew which was which. The Gobi Manchurian was not too good. They used to be crispy but this time the batter was soaked in so much oil that they stuck together and is weirdly soft and gooey.

Ordered "Methi Malai Matar Paneer" entree but it had couple of long black strands of hair. Reached out to restaurant and they provided the refund for the item but our experience has been ruined anyways.

The prices that rung up at the cash register were different than the price in the menu. When I asked about the discrepancy, I was told that there was nothing she could do about it. The food was decent , but the service was not that great. Won't be going back

I would NOT recommend eating here at all, the food was bland and tasteless, I have never been to restaurant with Indian cuisine that has ever been so bad. I ordered the butter, chicken, vegetable, samosas, and gulab jamun. The Samosa tasted like mashed canned peas with not even a pinch of salt, the butter chicken was basically water with orange food coloring, and the dessert was diluted.

Food had no seasoning whatsoever. The garlic naan was even bland. I definitely will not be returning.

High cross contamination. Don’t come here if you’re vegetarian/vegan
