Today we ordered a Philly Cheesesteak and an Italian Cold Cut sub. My Philly was great in flavor but wet and slightly soggy in a few parts. My hubby ordered the Italian and clearly stated NO onions, no peppers and add mustard. His sub unfortunately came loaded with ONIONS and I believe it was a whole grain mustard added. We ordered on the website, and it does not specify what kind of mustard is used, which it should. We are not fans of whole grain mustard but definitely not fans of onions. My husband took about 2 bites and had to toss his 1/2 sandwich. He normally orders the Meatball Sub and its amazing everytime and decided to try something new. I take the other 1/2 sandwich back to the ordering counter in hopes of them rectifying our order or replacing it with something else and he basically said I would need to pay full price for a Meatball Sub and nothing he can do. I even asked for a 50% discount and still nothing. This was a younger maybe even a new employee. Owner did respond and took full responsibility and that right there is GREAT customer service. We will definitely continue to come and support and appreciate the owner getting back to us.

Everything I've had from this place has been great. Meatball sub was great as everyone says. The blue cheese on the Cobb salad was amazing. Cheesesteak is better than cheat's cheesesteaks. The turkey sandwich is a lil salty for me but still very flavorful. I've also tried their frozen ravioli for dinner and it was decent. Outdoor seating is cute and dog friendly.

Well made pasta and sauce. Good selection. Very fresh food and friendly knowledgeable staff. They give you a free bag of fresh pasta for first timers, and it was enough for a decent size meal the next day.

This has been the spot I’ve been looking for in Charlotte. Small, well stocked store with high quality imported Italian items. Will be a frequent customer. Also has a great lunch menu with fresh made pasta and sauce.

I stopped in here to pick something up for a friend and have never been in before. The customer service was exceptional! From the moment we walked in we were smiled and greeted so kindly. The staff was very helpful, polite and friendly. It also smelt delicious in there too. I will definitely have to dine in or get take away soon just based off this encounter today!
