Pelican's Snoballs: Statesville Rd.

This is the second time I’ve been here within the last couple of months and they have gotten my order completely wrong. They don’t check anything and it seems like the people are high! whatever happened to quality customer service and listening to the order thoroughly??. Do better! You won’t have to worry about me or anybody in my family ever coming back.

I ordered multiple snoballs with fairly simple customizations, and while the staff initially confirmed they had everything included, that unfortunately wasn’t the case. On several occasions, extras that we specifically paid for were missing when we received the order.

It was frustrating to realize this after the fact, especially since these add-ons cost extra and were clearly requested. I’d strongly recommend getting a receipt and double-checking your order before leaving, or asking them to read it back to you to avoid any issues.

Because of the repeated mistakes, it’ll likely be a while before I consider coming back.

Had a pelican shake, and snowvalls. It was great! They also have a drive thru!!!

If you can get to actually order, it's great! But you might want for 30+ minutes to get an order.

They need to change cashier’s at this location. Asked simple questions a first timer & the young girl rolled her eyes in a condescending way as if I’m an employee that knows ingredients by heart. Maybe she has a particular disposition against people who don’t look like her. Who knows!? Definitely not returning with her the window. Way too young to be that mean.
