I sent some one to get the food when I ordered. When they got there they stated that we didn't order fries. Then we had to buy more fries. I was able to pull up my order and I did in fact order two more med fries which is ~$10. Not a huge deal but I think that it was easy for an employee to check. Money's tight for everyone and this is disappointing. Also no way to complain on the site for the over charge so that is why I post here. Thank you

On 12-16 at approx 7:00pm I was on the phone with my guy and overheard the way he was addressed while attempting to place an order. The guy at the register was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was simply asked general questions pertaining to the menu items. I then heard the guy at the register express frustration from having to answer basic menu questions. The person was then asked if he was also going to be the one cooking the food and he implied that he would do something to the food since he felt disrespected. I was personally so upset at the way the conversation went while I was on the phone that I had to write a review. If there are cameras in the restaurant, please pull them and address this person! No one should be spoken to this way. Do not work in customer service if you do not like people. Simple.

The restaurant was closing soon but the employee was still kind, courteous, and didn't rush me as I placed my order. The food was made just like I ordered it.

It was good until, I found a hair in my French fries. I think it should be a requirement that all employees around food wear a hairnet. I had been to this location several times, service, great, food was until the hair, so I haven't been back.

Chicken teriyaki sub had barely any chicken and didn't even taste like teriyaki

Second time in a month I’ve tried going to this location only to stand at the front counter waiting for someone to take down order. Left again without eating. Heading to J-Mikes.

Honestly this is such an underrated restaurant. I love how they close a little later than the other sandwich places around rivergate. Every time I go I’m satisfied !!!
