Very disappointed
The buffet food quality has decreased, before when we went there its always tasty and actually worth the price . The quality and number of items was just amazing before .
But went for Sunday buffet , very very disappointed. Food was not even lukewarm, we went there early as it starts 12 , thinking the food will be fresh and hot . But that early starting all item was not even warm , not a single items was hot.
Tea was cold , when informed the tea container temperature was not even turn On .
One star, because the dosa was edible and fresh.
Not recommended!!!

My friend decided to treat me to an Indian food which I enjoy. This was a new spot and I was eager to try the dishes. The hostess assisted us to our seats however, she had a dry demeanor. I understand you don’t have to be bubbly but, at least a little more friendly. The atmosphere was quiet which I didn’t mind. Once seated we ordered the Chicken 555 as an app and I ordered the Goat Chettinadu as my entree my friend ordered a Lamb curry of some sort. My friend and I enjoyed the Chicken 555. Our main dishes came out. They looked fine. I started eating the Goat Chettinadu, it was fine however after a few bites into the meal I noticed a hair. I thought it may be my own while eating but, then I found a second and a 3rd strand. At that point I called the server over and told her and showed her one of the strands. She was not very adamant about rectifying the situation but when she finally called the manager, she said he offered a 15-20% off the total. I accepted the offer but, it honestly isn’t enough. It should’ve been free. I wasn’t able to enjoy my main meal and obviously my satisfaction wasn’t a priority given the offer after 3 strands. Unfortunately, I didn’t think to take photos. I do not recommend and I honestly would like my money back.

I've always enjoyed the food at Persis, but my most recent visit was unfortunately not a good one.

The waitress accidentally dropped our tray of steaming hot food (buttered chicken), and while the waitress was clearly burned, the food also burned both of my legs and stained both of my white shoes and my date as well.

What was most upsetting was the lack of follow-up. Despite the incident, no one from the staff came to check on our well-being. Yes, they apologized for the inconvenience, but it was the lack of empathy that made their service bad.

While we weren’t expecting it, we also weren't offered any kind of discount, which felt like a significant oversight given the situation.

While I understand and respect that the staff's first concern was for their injured employee, it was shocking that they showed absolutely no concern for their customers. The food splattered on us through no fault of our own, yet no one came to check on our well-being. Very disappointing.

Ultimately, we paid full price for a few scalds on our legs and a ruined pair of shoes.

The food is authentic. So, there's that! You'll get a flavorful explosion that will tantalize your taste buds. Now, if you came for ambiance or chić decor then you came for Insta pictures and pomp! Cause It's a no-frills mom and pop shop. You're going to seat yourself; however, they do provide bottled water.

I wanted something spicy and smoky to take the edge off. I ordered Chicken Tikka Masala, Garlic Roti, with a side of Samosas. I wasn't impressed with the doughiness of the Samosa casing, but that could have been due to the Styrofoam trapping condensation. However, the Chicken was flavorful and indulgent. It was rich an s creamy with a robust tomato accent.

They serve a daily lunch buffet. Its open so you can mix and match protein and sauce flavors.

We went to the weekend lunch buffet and it was the worst dining experience. None of the dishes were edible – we tried the goat and chicken biryani, and both were terrible. Honestly, the entire buffet was disappointing, with the only exception being one dessert that was decent. Overall, I would give this buffet a 0/5 rating. But price is overrated

Perfectly grilled, juicy, and bursting with smoky spice! The tang of onions and creamy dip balance it beautifully. Tip: squeeze a lemon on top — you’ll be in heaven!

Though I haven’t personally visited yet, I’ve heard wonderful feedback about this place! Knowing my cousin’s passion for quality, hygiene, and authentic taste, I’m confident that every dish here is prepared with care and love. 🍲✨

If you’re looking for a place that feels like home with food that delights your taste buds, definitely give it a try. I’m sure you’ll enjoy both the food and the hospitality. Can’t wait to visit soon myself!

Workers were dismissive and did not bring us drinks after we asked multiple times and there was a hair in the biriyani
