To start things off, there was no soap dispenser in the bathroom so you know all the employees did not properly wash their hands after using the restroom. I ordered the boneless wings with fries and the fries tasted like they were cooked in the same oil that the fish is. Half of them were over cooked, the other half was under cooked. Horrible customer service. I’ve waited at least 5 minutes before a cashier got to me with no one else in line to order. These guys look like a bunch of teenagers working who have zero idea. Also, my fish was cooked in old oil from the looks and tastes of the fish. l will not spend my hard earned money here again.

Very poor communication by staff. Food and drinks are also a substantially different quality than over American Delis around the city. There's no homemade fruit punch, peach drink, or mixed drink, online orders don't allow you to choose all flats or mixed flavors, and they hardly give u seasoning or flavor on your food to begin with.
