Nothing special, Angus burger ordered on the spot and it was feta feta, the IPA was just fresh, the best thing was the service.

Service slow. Host was slow to seat and not friendly at all. QR codes on tables don’t work to order or pay. TVs are broken.

Didn't order food, but the bar server was overly rude. The bar only had single seats available for 2 of us, so my lady sat and I stood. When 2 spots opened up we moved over there. I advised the bartender, and she said "no, go back where you were". I get the "billing thing", but move the freaking tab over to the new spot and don't be RUDE to your patrons. And change your obnoxiously bright lights. Ick all around! Oh, and then there was the cockroach that a waiter stepped on right next to us. Double ick! AND $15 each for a "whiskey & sprite" and a "rum & diet". I will not return!
(Bartender was a tall, thin woman with long reddish hair.)

Terrible food and poor service. Served us a wilted Caesar salad, waitress refused to take it back. Crab cake had no crab.

Always great food. It was expensive for portion size but can not beat the taste.

What is it with airport restaurants stopping breakfast at 9:30 a.m.? If you're going to stop at 9:30, don't do breakfast at all! Anyway, getting on the ground around 8 something, I passed a few places wanting breakfast, but also not wanting to be too far from my gate. I spotted Phillip's and got excited when I saw people eating breakfast.

I stood for a couple of minutes at the host stand, then noted the seat yourself sign hiding in a corner. I seated myself at about 9:36, only to be told there was no breakfast after 9:30. I begged the server to see if she could get me some eggs. She told me she would try to find out. Eventually, she said she could, but they couldn't give me toast, but I could have breakfast potatoes. So I asked for the eggs, potatoes, and a crab cake. I got really hard scrambled eggs, toast, and a near flavorless crab cake in a to go box. The server said she had to tell the cooks the meal was for her, so they would cook the eggs and toast. I asked for remoulade, they only had tartar sauce. I was roundly disappointed in all of it, but I give the server points for trying to appease my appetite.

If I were Phillip's, I wouldn't want these folks saying those were my crab cakes. I could have made a better breakfast and crab cake myself. I mean, the crab meat I got was white and had never heard of Old Bay.

This was a pretty solid seafood restaurant near gate C 13 at the Charlotte airport. The hostess was very nice as she greeted and seated me. The server was definitely very good because she had a ton of tables and was managing pretty well. They didn’t have some of the items on the menu because they were supposed to be closing for refurbishment. I had the crab salad and it was really good and full of crap. I also had a crabcake. It was OK… Definitely not, like the one at Eddie V, but it was pretty tasty. Of course there’s airport pricing with the drinks being a little high at about $26 for a 9 ounce glass of wine. Overall, if you are in the airport and want some seafood, such as crab or shrimp I would recommend this place.

Out of all salads due to staff. Out of avocado but the waitress does not tell you until you ask why your chicken sandwich which is supposed to come with it does not have it. Asked for ice water three times. Went to bar to get it… got the third degree. Drink order missed etc etc. y’all get the picture. Bad service all around.
