Pretzels were great!!! Disappointment is that when ordering on line you are forced to pay a 10% tip, automatically added..you have no choice. We normally give 20%. After going and picking up the order, the atmosphere and help were below par for a pick-up tip. This has made me think twice about ever going back. Definitely would never order on line.

Ordered online for a pick up for 2 pm and the pretzels were cold and hard. When I asked for fresh the manager was not very nice. I understand being busy for orders but when I walked in they were all standing around. He said the orders have been filled since 12 pm. I told him my order was for 2 pm not noon. So disrespectful there. Won’t be going there again!!!

First time there, the owner was great explaining all about the store…our family loves pretzels…and these are amazing…. Super fresh, not doughy and the dips are an added bonus… and the prices are sooo good… definitely our new go to

I stop by the store atleast once a week and get some philly cheesesteak bites. Love them! Pretzels and the pretzel nuggets are delicious too. Owners are always there and they are super nice people. Store is always clean. I like that you can see where the food is being prepared. Keep it up!!!

My mom is from Philly and has been so excited to get Philly pretzels here in town. She frequents this establishment each time she visits, but has had several negative experiences. One visit, she arrived with my three daughters when they opened, and they told her they didn't have any pretzels made yet....so why be open?! She waited outside for them to bake pretzels. Today, she called on her drive over, because she would arrive near closing. The associates told her they would be open and all was well. When she arrived, they told her they had no pretzels. She drove almost 30 minutes. How can a place that solely sell pretzels OFTEN not have any pretzels?! There was a third experience when she purchased several pretzels, which was all that they had left, and when another customer came in, they were told that they couldn't have pretzels, because it would take too long to bake them. (It was not closing time.) I understand it's a niche thing, and they don't want to over bake, but this seems to be something that occurs regularly. We do love the pretzels, though!

Went down here on Wednesday. I hadn't had a philly pretzel in years and they did not disappoint! I had ordered 4 pretzels to share with my siblings and they tried to get me to get 5 but I declined. They were so good! I wish I had took them up on that!

Very friendly and the pretzel rivets are okay but they are hard on the outside and dry inside. I prefer a soft pretzel.

First of all, I hate leaving a negative review because I love these pretzels. But I've had it with one rude staffer (may be the owner) who refuses to make fresh batch of pretzels when asked. Other staff members have no issues doing so. I've been to many other locations and never had an issue either. I travel 25 mins away and always order at least 20 pretzels. Anyone who likes pretzels, know there is a big difference between fresh out the oven and stale, sitting under a light. I'll never enter that store when he's working again.

We're transplants from Philly too. First few months we were down here we found you and the Rita's. My husband went in there yesterday and came out with the best pretzels I've had from ANY PPF location ever! You guys rock!! Thank you for bringing a little taste of Philly to the South, and for being such awesome people as well. We'll see you again soon.

Shut it down, just shut it down. Maybe it was a bad day but I will NEVER go back there. The Pretzel Dog was cold and virtually inedible. The Italian whatever it is called looked like it has sat out for two days. It was disgusting and I tossed it directly into the garbage. I mean, you have to have some nerve to sell crap like this. You can buy better frozen food from Costco or anywhere else for that matter. It is comical the the contrast between good reviews and bad ones, like the good ones are completely made up! Unbelievable.
