We're transplants from Philly too. First few months we were down here we found you and the Rita's. My husband went in there yesterday and came out with the best pretzels I've had from ANY PPF location ever! You guys rock!! Thank you for bringing a little taste of Philly to the South, and for being such awesome people as well. We'll see you again soon.

My husband and I stopped in for the first time today and had the best experience! When we mentioned it was our first time the gentleman at the counter excitedly told us the best place to start was to sample the pretzels. He explained the process of making the pretzels, some philly pretzel history and all about the dip and pretzel options. He seemed to have a genuine interest and joy in his work which made our trip all the better!

The delicious soft pretzels are hot from the oven and the dipping sauces are so tasty. Customers crave these pretzels every time they are in town. The manager and owner, Chris, is kind, compassionate, helpful, and a great business man who provides phenomenal service. He went above and beyond by personally delivering late-night pretzels to Winston-Salem for a wedding, even surprising the couple with heart-shaped pretzels. Another customer from New Jersey called to order a tray for their son in Concord, NC, and Chris was so helpful and willing to go out of his way to deliver. The pretzels are always a big hit for all kinds of different events, including a special surprise for middle school students. They also have hot dogs and sausage in pretzel dough, with the spicy sausage having some heat. This place is highly recommended for weddings or special events.
