I went in having a taste for a soft pretzel and came out understanding the beauty of kindness, compassion and empathy. I purchased a special surprise for my middle school students and can't wait to share with parents the great menu that is available. Thank you Mr. Chris for the phenomenal service and freshly made pretzels.

My son just welcomed his first born, a boy, my first grandchild. So I wanted to send some fun and different foods. We all love these pretzels and I have purchased them many times for all kind of different events. They are always a big hit! The big issue is I'm in New Jersey and he is in Concord, NC. I called the Philly Pretzel Factor Ballantyne In Charlotte, NC hoping they could deliver a tray to my Son. My call was answered by Chris/owner. He was soo helpful and willing...

Delicious soft pretzels hot from the oven. The manager/owner is a super friendly and nice guy, and the pretzels are superb. They also have hot dogs and sausage in pretzels dough. I recommend the spicy sausage... it has some heat.
