“I ordered a meat lover's personal pan pizza during lunchtime and the wait time was around 10-15 minutes. The toppings were well portioned and it was hot and ready once I returned to the store. It's located in a shopping center that has a decent amount of traffic and not overly crowded. I also felt safe .“

“I had a great experience! The manager was friendly, it was clean, they showed me my food before I left and it was on point. This is actually my favorite Pizza Hut because they are always friendly and they make my food right. I feel like we are quick to say what’s bad, but quiet when it’s all good. I’m speaking up on the GOOD.“
“My order was ready surprisingly quick for me to pick up. When I went to pick up my order, there was two male workers who walked right pass me while I was at the counter, and did not acknowledge my presence. I thought that was rude of them to treat me as if I was invisible. They could have said hello or someone will be with me shortly or something. Eventually a nice older lady came to the counter and helped me.“
“It had been awhile since I have been here to pick up pizza. Tonight I was very tired, had a very long day having to handle several fires/crisis and just did not feel like cooking. I was tired, hungry and wanted to grab something quick. The place has changed hands several times over the past couple of years so I wasn't sure what it would be like. I do not know the man's name but the young spanish guy behind the counter had great customer service and was fast in getting my pizza ready. He told me my wait would be 10min and was true on time. He thanked me for my wait and as if he knew I needed a blessing, gave me a discount on my order. If I would have had the money he would've gotten a tip from me for the caring and fast customer service. The world can be a hard and cold place and we all need a pick me up, a helping hand or just someone who cares. Tonight I was given that by this man. All I can say is Thank You so much it truly was needed and welcomed.“
“My order was 100% correct, hot, delicious and attractively packaged. My cashier even ensured that I had received all of the sauces that I had ordered. Another employee also held the door open for me coming in as well as when I was leaving. I was extremely pleased with this experience, and cannot wait to order from this restaurant again. Please commend your staff because my experience was great from when I entered to when I opened and enjoyed the pizza at home!“

“It was about to pour down so we headed to get the buy one get one pizza free on Tuesday. Drove 15 minutes home and when my husband opened his box he noticed the beef looked like sausage. I tasted it and it definitely tasted like sausage.
He's allergic to pork so I called the store and explained the issue. Shout out to the manager bc she listened to my complaint without annoyance. She was adamant it was beef and not pork and offered to remake. I offered to bring the other pizza bc no one was going to eat that one. We had a bad thunderstorm and it didn't let up enough for us to drive 15 to get the new pizza bc now it was after 8pm. Although he was disappointed and hungry, he was appreciative the manager was helpful and willing to make the customer happy. He ate a sandwich instead but just wanted to say the manager on duty was awesome. Thank you!“
“Leaving a review simply because anytime i come in the staff is pleasant. This location seems to get pretty busy. I notice that when i walk in, I’m greeted and they aren’t just talking amongst themselves. My food is always fresh and the order is accurate. For this reason, i thought it deserved a review.“

“Good value. Pizza ready on time. Pleasant employee. My only concern is that this was the thinnest pan crust I've ever gotten at a Pizza Hut. I sure hope this is a one-time thing and not a change in the crust, as the pan crust is why Pizza Hut is my favorite“
“Makala the drive thru cashier was exceptional. After placing our order over the phone, when we arrived at the drive thru our Detroit sytle pepperoni pizza wasn't ready. We parked and waited, when we droved around the second time she greeted us with a smile, remembered our name and finished the transaction by wishing us a great evening while we enjoyed our pizza. In that very short period, the service made an impression on us. As we drove away, my husband & I discussed how nice she was and how the service was upbeat and friendly... Now, there was a mix up on our pizza order, we called the store had a pleasant conversation with the Mgr and she gave us options, to ensure our first Detroit style pepperoni pizza was what we expected. My husband drove back to store to pick it up. Even with all that we giving the store/service a 5 star rating, because of the service. I would recommend this establishment, because we all occassionally make a misstep, it's how you recover that makes the difference. And when my husband drove back to the store, Makala was there apologizing for the mix up even though she did everything right. ?“
“On 11/24/24 8-9 pm the employee needs a bonus for being a ONE MAN BAND and courteous and let the people no about there order now for thos that order 3rd party if u have a issue contact 3rd party first dont roll up to a store 3 deep with ur 2 muscle just cuz u wanted a refund when you ordered 3rd party and not to the store directly and assume that the employee was refusing u a refund“
“I absolutely love the Pizza Hut at 3720 N Tryon St. They never disappoint. The service is great (fast) & the cashiers are friendly and courteous. The manager is awesome! Please don’t change a thing. Good Customer Service is hard to find. Keep up the good work guys. You’re definitely appreciated!
