“The pizza was exactly what I was craving. For some reason, I really wanted that stuffed crust pizza. It really hit the spot. Thank you, Pizza Hut. ? you guys were really swamped with orders, but I was so happy to be able to walk in and pick up my pie.“

“This is my SECOND time coming to this location on the $2 Personal Pizza days and they still have not disappointed. There was a small lady (African American with braids) there that I witnessed encouraging her team and keeping a close count of how many personal pans remaining as orders came through. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming though I was only there a short period of time (literally in and out). Myself and co-workers will be back next Tuesday!!“

“We loved the cheese bites crust. We ordered the pepperoni pizza, and since my wife doesn't like that pizza, and i don't normally eat the crust, we both were able to eat from the same pizza, without having to buy 2 different flavors. Definitely will buy again.“

“I had a great experience! The manager was friendly, it was clean, they showed me my food before I left and it was on point. This is actually my favorite Pizza Hut because they are always friendly and they make my food right. I feel like we are quick to say what’s bad, but quiet when it’s all good. “I ordered a meat lover's personal pan pizza during lunchtime and the wait time was around 10-15 minutes. The toppings were well portioned and it was hot and ready once I returned to the store. It's located in a shopping center that has a decent amount of traffic and not overly crowded. I also felt safe .“

“I went to this location for lunch and was met with some great customer service, funny, broke down the specials. Marcus was patient and gave great suggestions. I am not sure why this location gets a bad review, mind you its Freedom Drive and energy is matched with energy. Respect and being pleasant will provide a better experience.

“My order was 100% correct, hot, delicious and attractively packaged. My cashier even ensured that I had received all of the sauces that I had ordered. Another employee also held the door open for me coming in as well as when I was leaving. I was extremely pleased with this experience, and cannot wait to order from this restaurant again. Please commend your staff because my experience was great from when I entered to when I opened and enjoyed the pizza at home!“

“I haven’t had Pizza Hut in a long time, but I will say that I made an order for there breadsticks and it did not disappoint. The bread was cooked on the spot so it was very crispy and the seasoning made the overall flavor really strong. I can’t say much about service because I placed an online order but I’d say that these breadsticks are better than Olive Garden or Texas Roadhouse. The location is clean for what it is too and nearby so the distance is not far.“

“I've been ordering here the past 4 months. Large pizza and it's always perfect. Can't remember the lady's name but the manager Steve has always been great with my order even sending an employee to my car with it. Great staff group, very clean location. Thanks for all my tired and lazy I don't feel like cooking nights:)“

“Makala the drive thru cashier was exceptional. After placing our order over the phone, when we arrived at the drive thru our Detroit sytle pepperoni pizza wasn't ready. We parked and waited, when we droved around the second time she greeted us with a smile, remembered our name and finished the transaction by wishing us a great evening while we enjoyed our pizza. In that very short period, the service made an impression on us. As we drove away, my husband & I discussed how nice she was and how the service was upbeat and friendly... Now, there was a mix up on our pizza order, we called the store had a pleasant conversation with the Mgr and she gave us options, to ensure our first Detroit style pepperoni pizza was what we expected. My husband drove back to store to pick it up. Even with all that we giving the store/service a 5 star rating, because of the service. I would recommend this establishment, because we all occassionally make a misstep, it's how you recover that makes the difference. And when my husband drove back to the store, Makala was there apologizing for the mix up even though she did everything right. ?“
