Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism as well as customer service at this location! The manager April was rude and hung up on my daughter twice. We requested a refund, because we had been waiting over an hour for our pizza. She said call back in the morning and ask for Jessica, because she have to get permission to issue the refund. I asked her if you're the manager why you can't issue the refund? she placed me on hold for over 20 min. I never received the cold pizza or my refund.
