Mac and cheese was water. Dinning room was closed due to not having enough staff so the door was locked but there was an employee out back smoking and 3 more in the restaurant. Customer service was not good at the order portal.
Took little bit to get food but was very good
I love Captain D's but this location gets worst and worst every time I come. I took a dine in and with nobody on the drive thru or the lobby they took forever to bring out the food, the fries were cold and soggy that told me everything. I asked for two refills and on the third one the guy said, I'm going to have to charge you, you only allowed to get two refills, I never heard any of that! I said no thanks and dumped the cup.

Captain D's is a restaurant that offers tasty seafood dishes with a quick and friendly service. The restaurant has a clean, modern interior, and the employees are extremely nice. Despite some issues with the drive-through service, customers generally have a great experience and would recommend visiting again.
The menu features a variety of seafood options, including grilled shrimp, lobster rolls, and a popular chicken and shrimp platter. The kids' meal shrimp is also a favorite, served with a generous portion. Customers can enjoy their meals with a selection of sides, such as steamed broccoli and coleslaw.
The restaurant has introduced a new chicken dish, which features a unique batter recipe, different from the one used for the fish. This addition has been well-received by customers.
Overall, Captain D's provides tasty food at a great price, with a focus on providing a positive dining experience for its customers.
