I called this store and placed and order for delivery. I hung up and called right back, they said that they don’t see an order for me. I went on to let her know that my bank has been charged. She still kept saying she didn’t see an order from me. Well about that time, I got a text from Door Dash saying that the driver was picking up my order from the store. I relayed that message to her. Very bitter employees that hate their job from the look of it. Customer service really sucks and pizza never delivered at a reasonable time even after tracker says it's out for delivery.
My wings was not done they were raw, pizza wasn't cook all the way. i call to speak with a manager i was put on hold for 1hour. i am very disappointing i trusted pizza hut with my food.
