DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! This Friday, we ordered 4 pizzas and waited 30 minutes before going to pick it up. We then waited another 40 minutes at the store with half a dozen other people—a few who had been waiting for over an hour. A few minutes into us arriving at the store, the manager stormed out and slammed the door behind her, leaving only two employees to man the entire store. One of the employees was nicer and apologetic for the long wait times, while his coworker in the kitchen was slowly making pizzas (no gloves).

Got my order wrong. After a 45 minute wait, I got a ten topping pizza with only four toppings.Called the store. Got a call center and then transferred over. They hung up on me. Then I called again. Employee lied and said he tried calling me personally to explain that they were out of most of the toppings I ordered. The employee said they couldn’t issue refunds.I left a complaint with the corporate Pizza Hut line but, at this point, I’m sure no one will even read it. If they do, I’ll update this review to say they contacted me.Up until a recent move to Charlotte, Pizza Huts were always rare where I lived. What I’ve realized now is…If this is the service they provide, then I wasn’t missing much.

I ordered a couple of pizzas and some cheese sticks to be delivered, like I've done dozens of times in the past. This time they made a simple mistake and sent breadsticks instead of cheese sticks, which alone wouldn't have been a big deal. Unfortunately, when I called to ask that they correct the situation by delivering cheese sticks, I was told that I would have to drive there and get them and the manager with whom I spoke was abrasive and dismissive. If I wanted to drive there, I wouldn't have paid more to have my order delivered. And now that I know that they don't care about accuracy or customer service, they've lost my future business.Vegetarian options: I don't know about vegan cheese, but you can order anything without the meaty toppings.

The delivery is ridiculous! The online ordering process is beyond unacceptable. However, the manager Shirelle is beyond sweet.She is the only reason I’m giving this store any rating at all. She knows how to treat her customers.

Absolutely ridiculous!! Pizza says delivered but it's nowhere in sight. Called the store been on hold 10 mins with no answer!! I was charged over 50 dollars for my food.Sherell one of the managers is a saint!! The more than 13 mins on hold was worth it. She remade my order, gave me the numbers I needed to contact the proper people and allowed me the opportunity to pick up my order myself this this time!! Thank you so much for great service!!!

I ordered two large one topping pizzas on February 18th. They were never delivered. I got a call from the DoorDash driver saying she had the wrong address and the store that I ordered from wasn't even the store that she picked up the pizza from. I got another call saying they could cancel the order and I said I would still like to order the pizzas and he said okay and they were still never delivered. My credit card was charged and I just called customer service to file a complaint. I can't even reach the actual store on the phone because when you call it goes straight to a call center. Completely unacceptable!

Worst location ever. I ordered ahead and still waited 20 mins while the staff argued and hid on the back. They tried to hand me 3 pizzas not mine before finding mine. The guy working was more worried about selling drugs and providing blunts to random guys who bust in screaming rap lyrics. The girl in the black hoodie with the braids didn’t even want to help and stated that. If I hadn’t already paid I would’ve just left. People had been waiting inside almost an hour. The inside was packed!!! Worse experience ever
Terrible experience because they called Pizzi to hit today they told me that it would be ready at 3:11 and when we arrived the order was not ready and then from there they gave our order to someone else and then they had to make the order again and He finally gave us our order, it was 50 minutes that we were waiting, what a shame.

Ordered simple delivery for one large pizza and an order of pasta - food showed up 41 minutes later than the expected delivery time and the food was cold and obviously was sitting outside of the oven for an extended period of time. There was zero communication from the store or the delivery service and at the end of the day, overpaid for cold, terrible food and will not order from this location ever again.
