Got my order wrong. After a 45 minute wait, I got a ten topping pizza with only four toppings.Called the store. Got a call center and then transferred over. They hung up on me. Then I called again. Employee lied and said he tried calling me personally to explain that they were out of most of the toppings I ordered. I ordered a couple of pizzas and some cheese sticks to be delivered, like I've done dozens of times in the past. This time they made a simple mistake and sent breadsticks instead of cheese sticks, which alone wouldn't have been a big deal. Unfortunately, when I called to ask that they correct the situation by delivering cheese sticks, I was told that I would have to drive there and get them and the manager with whom I spoke was abrasive and dismissive.
