The person taking the order at the window was very short and very nasty 9/22/24 on Wilkerson Blvd 9:35pm... I asked what pieces of chicken they had that was fresh to which he responded all of our chicken is fresh.... Ok .. but it wasnt . . It was hot and horrible not one piece of seasoning on any of it! The best part was the biscuit... Ijs.. ate one piece and threw the rest away..

Not a very safe area, frequented by homeless people, one of them asked me to buy him some chicken while I was at the counter placing my order, top food, shame about the area and the environment, I recommend going to another popeyes in a another safer area

Hadn't been in awhile because service was so bad. This visit was totally satisfying. The young lady that took my order (dine in) was so welcoming and pleasant. She made me remember what customer service used to Be like.
