Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Took a trip to Popeyes today for dinner. I haven't been here in a long time, mainly because of the long lines, wait times for food, and service that hasn't always felt very welcoming. However, today was a completely different experience. The employee at the drive-thru was friendly and asked me how my day was. The food was hot and the service was very quick. It was a pleasant experience and I'll definitely consider stopping by more often.

Terrible. Food sucks service bad and waited over 30 mins for a simple order.

As I doordash driver I automatically cancel all orders from popeyes

Chicken sandwich was made very sloppy, but it was delicious. Fries are always good!

No line, not busy, but it still took more than 30 minutes to get my food.

I must say I’m proud of my people. Great customer service, food always hot and great energy. I drive out the way just to go to this one.

This was the worse experience I’ve ever had. I waited for about 5 minutes in the pathway 2. I tried to get someone’s attention, but I never received a response so I went into the other lane. Once I pulled in, they asked what I would like to order. I asked if the other speaker was working and the rep must not have understood the question, so I just told her I don’t think the speaker is working in the other lane. There was no response to that and instead she stated “go ahead with your order.” I should’ve known at that moment the Customer Service probably was not going to be very nice moving forward, but it got worse. The cashier could not hear me so as I spoke up and tried to place my order, and I think she misheard me. I thought maybe it was just a speaker and she could not understand so I pulled around and she yelled “you can just leave!” I was so confused and shocked at the same time. I would never yell at a customer and I’ve never been spoken to like that before. It wasn’t warranted. Once I saw the staff, they looked very daring, had bonnets on, and were very confrontational. At that point I just figured I don’t want the food. Horrific service. I will never go to this Popeyes.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Tried to give grace but the girl had a nasty attitude and the manager didn’t seem to care either. As Someone who works in hospitality this is really disappointing.

The customer service here was awesome... even though the server was quite and reserved, she gave me great service... much better than some other Popeyes I've visited.
