Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Customer Service does not exist at this restaurant! This is not my first time here but the disappointing service is the same. I went through the drive through tonight, March 9 around 7:45 pm.
After placing my order, I had to drive around and wait 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich! (Three other cars in front of me had to wait for their orders as well. ) Additionally, the employee that came to bring the orders handled me the bag and never said "thank you", "sorry for your wait" or anything else. Rating this restaurant even one star is one too many! I would give this location NEGATIVE 20 stars if possible. Customer service, promptness, attention to detail and courtesy are all lacking. My advice: Pick another restaurant and skip going to Popeyes all together!

I wish I would have read the reviews before coming and wasting my money. The cashier had a HORRIBLE attitude. She looked and sounded absolutely miserable with her job. She was annoyed by my question (the one questioned I asked). The only reason I gave service 2 stars was her male co worker was pleasant and completely opposite of her. The food was not good. I love Popeyes but this time, it was nothing like the other locations I have been too. The biscuit is burned, the fries are old and the chicken is way too greasy. It was just a bad experience. Very disappointing and I ahre I wasted my hard earned money.

The managers don’t really care about their employees for real. I’ve had to deal with a lot of crap from managers while working there. I was written up for something a manager told me I could do. Also felt with a lot while being pregnant.

Y'all do they close at 12 am or not ? Uber sent 5 Uber drivers to this location to pick up my order. And I placed this order at 9:30 . Wow

Splendid! It may have taken a few hiccups to get what I asked for but the service through each breath, was as refreshing as it gets 😌 and I loved every second of it! Great employees, tasty food! Thank you!

Only unprofessional staff works here. There is always a long wait, even when no one is there. The attitude of the staff is very nonchalant. They are lazy and incompetent. Avoid this location at all costs.

I ordered wing, regular buffalo wings. How do you mess that up. I went thru the drive thru. I got to my destination and ate my wings. It was only good for the garbage. One bite was it for me. I've had wings at other Popeyes locations. This was some nonsense. Stay away. The staff acted like they were on work-release and were only there to satisfy their parole obligations.

The food was good as usual. the building needs maintained, lot lines need repainted. Mens room was a mess. building was way too hot. had to go outside to eat. i guess thats how they do drive thru only as noted in a jan 2 review. i do like popeyes but o dont think i will return to this one.

I visited this store today (store #11724) I ordered three wings and a biscuit. Pulled off from the store, checked my food to only realize that the chicken was not fresh. I drove back around to ask the manager if there was any "fresh" chicken that was coming up soon(?) She in turn stated that they just not too long had opened and that was the freshest chicken that they had. The chicken was very greasy. It wasn't hot and some parts of the chicken was dry. The chicken seemed to have been something that was warmed up from the previous night. Recooked in grease and re-served!!! I eat chicken damn near every day and I know better!! She also stated that's what it's supposed to look like.... 🥴Girl.... I've had fresh chicken from Popeyes before, the day before and that's certainly was not it! So here we have another manager with an attitude because they do not want to accept responsibility for not serving fresh food or holding their people accountable! Didn't want anything else from out of there since she states that that's the freshest chicken that they had and if so, that's certainly a problem! I asked for my money back. She took her time and had a whole attitude and a problem with that but she at least said have a nice day 🤣 And Merry mf Christmas to you too boo.. Smh... Will not go back there ever!!
