Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This is one of the slowest Popeyes I have been to. Every time I go here, there is a wait no matter if they have customers or not. I have given them several tries. The last 2 times, I placed my order via the mobile app, and they still said I had to come inside to pick up my order because it was not ready. I placed my last order 15 minutes in advance. I pull up to three drive-through. Mind you, there was one car in front of me. I advised that I placed my order through the mobile app. They said you would have to come inside because the order was not ready.

I said ok ill sit right here and cancel my order. They said I can't block the drive-through. Well, it's not my fault. You have no one inside and 1 car in front of me, and my 3 piece chicken only order is not ready.

For kicks, I pulled up to the window, and she said I have it now we had to wait until the chicken was cooked. Fresh chicken would be steaming hot. This was not. It seemed as if it had been sitting for a minute. I think that will be my last time going there. I thought it was just me, but a friend said the same thing about this location. I'm done.

DIRTY, wish I had seen the the health score before ordering. NASTY attitude, someone needs to review Popeye's "values" with the employees. Chicken is nothing to get excited about. ChicFilA, KFC and Zaxby have nothing to fear from this chain. How is this location still in business!? No need to visit EVER again!

These workers needs an attitude adjustment. If you dont like your job then find another. Don'tget upset bc i asked you to confirm my order, you not that tough working at popeyes. But what would you expected from these places. Not to mentioned place took so long for food.

Dirty, don't get sick eating here

I went thru the drive thru and was told it would be 7 minutes for chicken. Needless to say it was MUCH longer than that and they had no explanation as to why....if you can avoid this location, I WOULD DEFINITELY DO SO. Also, not to mention I went to another location before this one and they were OUT of chicken smh....WHY THE HELL WERE YIU EVEN OPEN?!?!

Came here 7pm on Sunday. While in the drive through no one took my order. After waiting about five minutes I drove off. I called in the store to see if they were open. The team lead said he was going to take my order but I drove off. He said he was on the phone with the GM letting them know the truck didn’t come and all they have available is tenders.

He knew I was waiting and he could have said that instead of having me wait wasting time.
Will never come here again.

Why are you open with no sides. This place is so unorganized. Who owns this place? It’s obvious that you have no care in this world! And on top of that the cashier showed no compassion. Will not ever come back. I suggest no one comes here.

This place is absolutely ALWAYS out of something. Today I try to get a 4 piece combo spicy/dark, survey says: “we only have breasts”. At 3pm, being out of anything is diabolical. Especially, when it doesn’t matter when I’ve been they’ve not had something. I don’t normally waste my time on reviews unless it stands out to me this much. I always order the same thing at Popeyes, and I have never gotten that order at this Popeyes. Not once. Sad.

This place is terrible. The service is painfully slow. I ordered ahead online and arrived 15 min after the order was supposed to be ready. They hadn’t even looked at it yet. I’ve tried them a few times now and the experience is always the same. The consistently poor service and their B sanitation rating made today my last visit to this location. Your customers deserve better than this.

Genuinely horrible, please read other reviews. This is apparently common. My dad ordered for pickup for the workers at our business and when I got there I said my name, showed a picture that it was my uber eats order. The lady asked us to confirm it on the app, so I messaged my dad to confirm it and he did. She said it was confirmed but held the food hostage and said my dad needed to drive all the way out just to confirm that its him. Fast forward 40 minutes, they missed 2 chicken sandwiches and a drink. Waste of money and time.

I just left there order a two piece combo. Tell me why my fries are not hot. They taste like they’ve been there all day. Chicken is warm. This my last and I do mean LAST trip to Popeyes.

This is literally the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. After we wait patiently in line for over 20 minutes. The heavy set black male at the speaker who claims he was a manager (ain’t no way a manager) was very rude and ignorant. We asked to get an 8 piece meal with no thighs he stated he couldn’t do that, but then said we can wait 20 minutes for chicken. We was confused as to why would we have to wait 20 minutes for chicken if you couldn’t switch out the thighs. So he then tells us he’s not serving us because we are asking him a question that’s makes common sense. He was upset because the store inside and out was clearly packed and he couldn’t handle it, so he took it out on his customers. I will be contacting corporate!!!
