Nasty place and food not cooked right the service very bad

Dont order the premium frozen lemonade at this store aa they tont have it but it lets you but snd pay for it online with no way to get it fixed in the app.

I have no idea what has happened within the last 2 months but they now never have ANY sides but 1. The red beans and rice that they DO have are nasty, like it tastes like the old batch from the back of the freezer they had to sell. The meat tastes old too and fatty. If they are going to close this location it'll be sad but hurry up because it's been going downhill for months.

They run out of chicken, feathers found frequently on chicken and communication is bad with long waits for orders.

The service there horrible, the works are so rude to people . And I order 30 minutes prior to picking up on the app and I had to wait for 45 minutes, the girl at the drive through said my food was almost done but when I went in my food wasn’t even made and they are not taking care of the food

1 meal and a extra biscuit cost nearly $19 I asked for honey...out of honey, asked for strawberry jelly..out of strawberry jelly! Cashier forgot to give me the drink , go back in to retrieve and they took 5 minutes to hand me my drink! Slow and don't seem to enjoy their job!

I ordered 3 6$ meal boxes. The fries and biscuits were great, but they main entree, the chicken was burnt and overcooked. Never coming again.

Late night miracle. Almost closing time and they didn’t have fries or Cole slaw which are my go to sides :( but I was blessed with some extra sides to make up for it. I love seeing them step it up in this way instead of just throwing all the extra food out at the end of the night.

Employees handling food without gloves, holding a cell phone and completely distracted from preparing food. All employees completely distracted and not helpful nor listening to customers. Store #13604 Host was Telayla and I visited at 6/11/26 at 1:34PM, order was takeout that I had to order from inside due to the non-working drive thru credit card reader. Sweet tea tasted like it was a week old. Order took forever to get and was not warm. Sandwich received was not what I ordered and was $1.7x cheaper, which I didn’t get the difference. I had to ask for ketchup from 3 people to finally have to ask again for it in order to get it. This visit was absolutely ridiculous. Had to ask for plain biscuit from 3 people in order to actually receive what I ordered

Went try calling the store for about to get dinner today at around 4 pm. Order came to 80.00 and some change. Ordered 12 piece classic all dark. Which I know takes time. So I wait inside for a longer than normal time. Also ordered 3 pieces of white classic. 8 pieces of shrimp. 3 red beans and rice large, 3 large mashed no gravy, 1 Mac and cheese lg. So after this long wait only to get home to find my 12 all dark is 9 pieces mixed. Guess the girl can't count or read. Acted like she didn't want to be there. My 3 piece white has older cooked wings, and they don't answer the phone to tell them they messed up again. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would.

You have to get a fresh apple or two! The wait could be seven minutes. Just wait you'll love it.
