ordering the 11 piece tender special it was hard cold and unedible which I expected because anytime I’ve went here it’s never fresh sloppy and thrown together I tried to give them another chance because it was late and not much was open but don’t waste your time or money ! It’s like Popeyes try to hire the worst employees possible I don’t get it everyone needs to be fired 😂!

Also pulling out the drive through two employees had the back door wide open trying to smoke a blunt really quick .. I can’t make this up 😂

Lack of customer service. No leadership no rush at all about any orders being taking whether from on line or people walking in. First impression is everything. You greet your customers when they come in. Hi welcome in how may I help you. Not multiple people just standing there and nothing, just employee's bickering about whose going to take the next customer. Get a rhythm going get a leader that's going to lead. Build a team so that your business can thrive. Happy Customer means more orders.

I order on the App and they forgot my second order I was in a rush to get home, something told me to check. Good thing too because it a long way home, turned back and got my second order. The server didn't really showed concern he just wanted me to leave his store, I showed him the receipt but he didn't bother looking.

Today I place a mobile order for a chicken sandwich and a 3 piece meal with two sides of fries. After waiting almost 40 minutes for my food, I got home and realized that all the food I received was burnt or cooked in burnt grease. I should have known better because I kept telling my son the air smelt of burnt chicken. I should have left then but I stayed and that is where I messed up.

There was only one person working this morning. An older black gentleman. He was so kind and gave me extra fries for the wait. Also he needs a raise he was working super hard and he’s all alone, food was also great!!!

I made an online order to be picked up.. Showed up 20 mins after I made the order thinking that should be enough time to give them.. No my order wasnt ready no long line in the Drive through I see a few customers frustrated from their wait.. Looks like they have been waiting a while for their order.. Waited 15 mins for someone to acknowledge that I was there.. This place was a lot better when they first opened up.. Since then service has plummeted my order is has been missing and or wrong. 6 When I arrived home I opened up the contents and was disappointed as to see the chicken was cooked to long.. Chicken looks like they were deep fried in oil from the previous days the only thing that was fresh was the Fries and the Biscuits.. Losing hope in this place..
