As I was ordering I watched the person preparing food at the counter cram a bagel with cream cheese down her throat, and that was disgusting and off-putting to see.
The person who rang me up was barely audible and didn't seem like they wanted to be there.

My go-to spot for bagels in Charlotte and there's always a decent crowd so I know I'm not the only one. I usually pick up one of their goody bags and steam a bagel every morning. The bagels are incredible.

Pizza sign out front, and pizza special posted on the door.
Had a great bagel and friendly staff, just disappointed by the pizza situation….

This African American Guy, sounds like he is from New York and possibly Italian delivered some bagels and was very rude. Had an attitude from the beginning till the end. I was being very polite and only asking some questions to clarify my misunderstandings. Won’t be doing business here anymore. I recommend sending someone who has great customer service and someone who can mantain their attitude when delivering and interacting with customers.

Hands down the most authentic bagel and Bacon egg and cheese sandwich I've had in the south if not better then what u can get up north, soo fresh u can tell bagels are made same day in house. Delicious can't wait to come back!!!!

Took out poppy, everything and whole wheat bagels. I know bagels are a very personal preference. These bagels were terrible when compared to Manhattan bagels or Poppyseeds bagels. They were heavy and doughy.

Dear Lord! We literally had to step over trash on the floor on the way in! The place is filthy, I mean not busy restaurant filthy, but health concerns filthy. I can't comment on the food because after a brief wait we left without ordering. Never will this be an option.
