My first time going & the food was pretty good. Mussel we very much over cooked though & our server dipped out mid meal & no one told us. Had to stand up to get another glass of wine at 8:48pm & felt very rushed to get out of there before closing. Decent food & Stewart was very nice but overall service sucked & will not go back
After three years of moving to Charlotte and living nearby, I FINALLY visited this restaurant and I'm kicking myself (lol) that I had not ventured here before. Never imagined until I visited the website that it was a chain.
IT IS ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT!
I'll have those feet of mine back under their tables again really soon for sure!
My husband and I tried this place for the first time and absolutely loved it. All the food was delicious, especially the chicken parm. Service was great and fast and every dish is very affordable for such great taste and quality. Would absolutely recommend!
I love it
Generous, tasty portions!!
Prices are very reasonable too.
Good for families and a date on a budget!
Always great! This is our favorite of the group!
I just happened on this place a couple of weeks ago. It's my new favorite restaurant! True authentic Italian food❤️ I've been looking for this place! I will be a regular😁
What a great little place for this Philly native! Cute restaurant with casual dining room but takeout available too. Order at the counter, sit down with your number and your food is brought to you. I passed this on the street and was intrigued so came in for a cheesesteak. It was cooked perfectly (watch that first bite! Burned my mouth!), bread was fresh and the lettuce was crispy! The chips that come with are a nice touch but aren’t anything special, plain potato chips. The pizza looks good so may be back to try before leaving town!
The service was okay but unfortunately our server was always busy and we get to order with different servers. All servers were amazing. Food I wish they describe the meal. Food great like always but my break seem to not being warm.

This was my first time here and I had a great experience. My mom got the lasagna which was excellent and my Dad and I shared a pizza, which was also very good. Highly recommend.

Went there for dinner with 6 adults. Two had chicken parm, one had veal saltonbuca, two had pizza and one had the short ribs on special. Appetizers were clams casino and wedding soup. First off..the short ribs were epic..and what a presentation! It was the best I have ever seen...and enormous. She LOVED it. A picky eater had the veal and the clams...both were excellent. Veal portions tend to be tiny...this was a good sized piece and he was very happy. The large pepperoni pizza was split for 2 and it was very well received..but couldn't finish. The 2 chicken parmesans were excellent...not very big but tasted great. The red sauce was excellent. The side salads were good...cold and good size. The hit of the night was the bread...it was plentiful and tasty with a rock hard crust. Best bread in a restaurant in a long time. Dipping oil would have been a nice choice...but butter was fine. Only one dessert..a cannoli covered in chocolate and a touch of cinnamon...she enjoyed it. For improvement...service was slow. We waited 15 minutes for a waiter...and then mid ordering drinks..the waiter was changed..for some reason. We had Bobby and he did a good job. When we first sat down a dour faced woman was dragging tables and chairs for about 10 minutes...totally unnecessary. I think she was actually acting out by making a racket. Seating was extremely tight...close tables, unbalanced tables rocking and very little room between us. Seating was just plain uncomfortable. We had been here years ago until Riccios was discovered. Riccios was a more elegant and upscale experience. Personally I LOVED Riccios...my favorite Charlotte dining...now closed. Portofinos was very good...not 5 stars but certainly 4...and they may have hit their target at 4 in a pizza place setup. We will DEFINITELY be back. If Riccios reopens and returns to their past quality...Italian dinner will be there always. Lunch would be fine at Portofinos. A very good experience...not great. We were all happy...and full.
Parking: It was 6pm and the entire strip mall was packed. It was difficult to maneuver. It's about what you expect in mall parking at dinnertime

We've been patrons for almost 20 years and the food is consistently good. It's our favorite celebration spot.
I've been coming here for years. I've had all my bdays here as well. I appreciate the consistency. No matter which location you visit, it's all very good.
