Waterbean Coffee offers a unique Vietnamese-style drink with condensed milk that impressed one customer. The shop provides several roast options, including for espresso drinks, which is pretty rare. The coffee is hand roasted in small batches using state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring a quality, tasty coffee experience. The service is friendly, with a personable barista named Soomin who makes tasty recommendations. The inside of the shop is super cute, with plenty of seating, making it a relaxed place to enjoy coffee or tea. The menu also includes breakfast sandwiches, pastries, and snacks. Despite the small shop size, the coffee quality can be inconsistent at times, with some less-than-mediocre cappuccinos. Parking is available in a lot behind the shop, located near a large apartment complex. The shop is open Monday to Friday from 7 am to 6 pm, and on weekends from 8 am to 6 pm. Customers appreciate knowing they are getting a good, flavorful coffee, and some suggest that the large size should come with 3-4 shots by default.
