We love this place. Great authentic Mexican restaurant.

Didn’t bother to put that they close early on Fourth of July, it’s not even a major holiday.

Rude customer service. They didn’t realize that we know Spanish and were complaining about us sitting down while we waited for our to go order. Ordered 2 pollo and 2 carne… I have never seen beef so pale colored (it was all just chicken). Also it was just meat and cheese, no beans. Won’t be going back.

Was hoping to give this place a good review but the customer service was HORRIBLE. I called to order but the person did not speak much english, which is completely fine, but instead of trying to find someone else to give the phone to she proceeds to hang up TWICE! I hate sounding like a Karen but hanging up the phone within a minute of a call because you don't understand is just disrespectful. No bye, no sorry just a hang up.

Everytime I try and leave a review i wait until I have the food so I can take a picture. But then when I get the food I forget to take a picture of the food to leave a review. I will not post a picture of my stomach so ...... the food is bomb literally sooooooooo freaking good.... all of the food and the drinks. The fresco de cebado is soooooo good the melon drink and the creama and the desserts are all just soooo good. Everything. Frito corn tamale... everything. Just get one of everything.

The food is great, however, don’t order over the phone. I was hung up on 3 times. So if you are to eat there, order in person. Expect there to be a wait.

My wife, my daughter in law, a friend, and I went to PUPUSA 503 Salvadoran Deli in Charlotte, for lunch, the other day. Among the four of us, we ordered a variety of food. Everything was delicious. The service was excellent. The restaurant is a very small place. It was very busy (good for the business and not a problem for us). There were several crying and screaming babies in the restaurant, which was a bad thing. My friend went to the restroom, and reported back that it was one of the nastiest restaurant restrooms she had ever seen.

great people, super clean, delicious food.
prices are right on. inspirational music. pretty busy at dinner time with lots of satisfied customers. we stop regularly on our way to Raleigh from Spartanburg.

The food isn't good, they serve very little, and everything is very expensive. I wouldn't go back to this restaurant; I don't recommend it.
