Outrageous pricing, $12 for a slice! I expect pricing to be above average but not by this much! Mediocre cold pizza.

Not recommended... After 5 minutes of finishing, my pizza began feeling nauseous with frequent visits to the bathroom. Oh.... And why would they ask for a tip if I'm picking up the pizza at the counter and then walking over to the cash to pay for it??

Buying 2 slices of cheese pizza for $23 is a bit ridiculous, even expecting it to be a little over priced. I didn’t have time to go anywhere else (tight connection) but as I come to this airport a lot, I won’t be back here.

Shame on me for getting food at this dumpster fire of a business. I had a horrible experience here. My spinach and mozzarella Stromboli was stale, flavorless, and mostly bread. Service was confused. Staff were bumping in to each other because of the layout: the pizza oven door is right in front of the main walking area behind the counter. One would get in line, order, and have to wait in front of the checkout for your meal to be heated, while other customers didn’t know if you were waiting to pay or not. What a shambles. Next time I want food like this I’ll just burn some plastic toys and eat that instead!

The food was very stale, but edible despite ordering a Chicken Parmesan Stromboli around the noon hour. Accompanied by the difficult-to-chew food, there was one server in particular (African American female- hate to say it) whose neglect to service all customers in the same manner was quite despicable. Upon Caucasian customers approaching the counter, her demeanor was uplifting and inviting as she addressed them by their title prefixes. However, to other BIPOC counterparts she was strictly interested in taking their order without the same energy of greeting. It's quite disgusting to bear witness to such an employee who likely lacks the true understanding of what this language suggests and how it truly directly effects her, her loved ones and how she and her demographic is perceived within the lense of others. There should be equal treatment among patrons (we're at the airport for goodness sakes- IYKYK). So to that employee I say, Do Better.

I got a pep slice at the airport while on a layover. Man oh man. It’s $11.99 for a slice. The price is in fact ridiculous but it was sooooo good. I spent $28 and some change on a slice, an Evian water, and a fruit cup.

It was bad 😭 I got the chicken pesto Stromboli on the workers recommendation because they were out of the Italian Stromboli I wanted plus the reviews all say the pizza stinks… I don’t think the Stromboli is any better. It was soooo bland. It looked great, but was so bland. Absolutely horrible. Tasted like a bland chicken sandwich.

Update further below:
Should be embarrassed to charge $12 for a slice of this doughy trash. Half the price in Philly and 10x better.
Update 2/19: they have 2 locations, C and E terminals. The trash slice was from c terminal. I was on a flight in e terminal this time, and knew the pizza was bad, but the Stromboli looked good. They were somehow out of the chicken to make the chicken parm one so I got the Italian. She grabbed it off the counter and started wrapping it up. I asked if she’d place it back in the oven to warm it up. “It JUST came out of the oven” I was told. I then asked for a marinara sauce to go with it. The sign reads “our sauce is the boss”. The woman reaches into a chest freezer and hands me cold sauce. I get to the table and tear into the Stromboli, and the middle is lunch meat sandwich cold. Then topped by cold sauce.
Shame on me. I should have known better. I travel more in a year than most do in a lifetime through airports due to work, and this place is my least favorite experience I’ve had. Save your money and go elsewhere.
