Every bite was incredible. The meatball was amazing, beef tartar, clams were great, coffee perfect, and best of all…. The butter beans… never thought I’d say best beans ever at a fine dining restaurant. First time for everything.
My brother and I had, if not, the best experience dining in Charlotte here at Rada. The hospitality out of the gate was undeniable with remembered faces and full name greetings at the door, not to mention we were sat immediately (although volume and atmosphere made it seem like a full house…design with intent).

Called Sunday night with no reservation to see if there was any chance we could be worked in. Not only did they find a spot for us (easy for a restaurant like this to tell us to get lost), they made it a special evening for my wife and I. The food felt adventurous and novel - everything was delicious and clearly crafted with intention. What brought the meal to the next level was the warm, approachable service.
