High quality, sushi grade fish in Charlotte--weve been searching for this since we moved here. Folks, this isn't fish camp territory. But if you're looking for incredibly tender ahi meant to be eaten raw or close to it -- no, not battered and deep fried -- this is heaven.
Been a long-time customer of Bill's. Quality is best by a mile compared to anywhere else in CLT - even the high end seafood restaurants imo. You'll see a common thread in any negative reviews - you get what you pay for here! Crab cakes are the best and even pass muster with my friends from MD. Ask for advice, the staff has always been helpful.

Incredibly fresh seafood. Great quality. Coming from the New England area, there is an apparent difference between fresh seafood and seafood that has been frozen several times and thawed or left around. This place serves quality curated food. Not sure why people are upset with the prices considering how well kept and managed and again fresh and great quality the seafood is.
