The food was good rich flavors and perfectly cooked ramen. The gyoza was a standout! Service was friendly and quick, atmosphere made it even better. Highly recommend! 🍜✨

I will definitely be back here!! The gluten free ramen tasted amazing and the mung bean noodles were cooked perfectly. The service was excellent and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. I want to come back to try so many things!! The atmosphere was pretty similar to ramen places in Tokyo and I didn't feel out of place dining alone either!

Ramen lovers of Charlotte MUST visit here!
This has been on my bucket list forever and it is well work it for everyone who has a heart for ramen!
We had the Kazoku White Spice ramen and the Niku Udon!
Both were ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The vibe inside is a perfect ramen shop with friendly staff and some tasty appetizers and other dishes for your taste buds to enjoy.
But the real star is the ramen and my new bucket list is now to go down their ramen menu and try each one!
Highly recommend!

Best ramen restaurant in Charlotte in my opinion. I tried the Kazoku Black and Pork Mazemen, both are super delicious. I used to always go to Sheng for their tonkotsu ramen or Menya for their soupless soba, but now I can just go to Kazoku to get both 🤩 The pork bone broth here beats Sheng, Menya, and Jinya.

The broth was incredibly rich and flavorful, and the noodles were perfectly cooked with a satisfying chewiness that held up well in the hot broth.
We both opted for the spicy level and it was the perfect amount of heat, not overpowering but still with a good kick.
The restaurant had a lively and inviting atmosphere, with a cool playlist that added to the upbeat vibe.
This is my new favorite ramen spot – I can't wait to come back and try more of their menu!

My go to place for ramen! The karage, kani salad, buns, and kozuku black ramen are sooo good.

TLDR: Too pricey for the quality. This place has pricing like Jinya but the food is about two tiers below - chicken katsu was severely overcooked and the ramen while not bad was nothing to write home about. Also the online menu is terrible, loads slowly and some links take you to the wrong categories (i.e. udon takes you to appetizers). Portions were small and drinks do not have refills. We drove 30 minutes from uptown and were so severely disappointed - the tiktok ad makes you think it was actually good - it is not.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the hostess stand today. The young asian woman working there showed clear microaggressive behavior, assuming I had an “attitude” simply because I communicated directly and confidently. That kind of tone policing, especially toward women of color, is subtle but damaging.
I confirmed my DoorDash order clearly, and instead of acknowledging that, she responded with unnecessary suspicion and rudeness. When I called out the energy shift, instead of deescalating, she doubled down with attitude of her own.
Staff should be trained on how to engage respectfully with all customers, especially when communication styles differ from their own. Confidence is not aggression. Directness is not disrespect. This interaction left a bad taste that had nothing to do with the food.
