The store was ridiculously clean and the customer service was top tier. The manager, I believe his name is Michael. He gave me a explanation of the menu. I felt extremely welcome entering the location.

I love Reids in South Park and Myer’s Park, but the service here was somewhat offputting. Pepper sent us back and forth between counters, making it difficult and confusing to order, and offered zero explanation as to why she was making it so difficult. Between each time, she was on her phone behind the counter and then handling food after touching her phone screen. Jabari really saved the day, stepping in and taking care of us with a smile. He went out of his way to accommodate us and is the reason we’ll come back to this location. Well, Jabari and the amazing bagel sandwich!!

The team at Reid’s Fine Foods on Trade St. is absolutely incredible! The chemistry between the staff is unmatched, you can feel their energy the moment you walk in. Even during the busiest times, they keep things running smoothly and absolutely kill it every single time. The food? Always fresh, delicious, and consistently top-notch. It’s clear they care about both their customers and their craft. If you’re in the area, this spot is a must-visit!

I stopped by Reid’s this past Tuesday for the first time since before the new year it’s been a while since I’ve worked uptown, so I hadn’t had a chance to visit. I’ve gotta say, it’s a noticeable improvement from what I remember. The space felt cleaner, more organized, and everything just seemed to run more efficiently. Definitely a positive change. Oh, and do yourself a favor and get the TBA....it’s absolute fire!
Breakfast is always soggy.

The quality of food and service has significantly & consistently declined over the past year, despite being one of the most expensive grab-and-go lunch places in Uptown. Unless I hear they've righted the ship, I'm afraid they're coming off my lunch rotation.
The spaghetti had no sauce in it therefore it was extremely dry. The mixed vegetables had so much oil that I could have cooked more vegetables with it and the salmon was very dry. Please do better especially for the price that is charged

Salad quaillity has significantly gone down, bring back the old ways.
I used to love salads at Reid's, they'd always hit the spot and had very fresh ingredients. During my visit today, I was very disappointed with my salad. While ordering, I couldn't see any of the toppings, they were being blocked from sight by a big metal cover. I tried asking for a list of toppings, but gave up after asking three times. The lady behind the counter could not understand me (maybe it was too loud/language barrier). I had to order based off of memory from the last time I ordered a salad, and could not see if there was anything new I liked. I also couldn't see how much of each topping was being added, typically I ask for extra if it's skimpy. After I finished my order it was packaged and the label was placed over the opening so I couldn't open it to check if I was satisfied with the quantity of toppings. After getting back to my office I opened it and saw several toppings were very limited. Had I know ahead of time I would have asked for more. In addition, the quality of the banana peppers and chicken were subpar. The banana peppers were soggy and the chicken was rubbery and sliced too large. Overall it was not worth the somewhat high price tag and I will not be going back to this location anytime soon.

Small sized but very high quality Reids foods. The other location is far far larger, but this one does have great foods.

I had never been to Reid's before. It was lunch time, the place was packed, and there were three lines (salad, soup/sandwich and hot bar). I chose the hot bar, and the line moved quickly. The server was efficient, but helpful in pointing out the vegetarian options. His recommendations were good, and I enjoyed my cheesy-green bean entree, mixed vegetables and BBQ cauliflower sides. My sister had a large salad made to order, with fresh fruits.
Vegetarian options: Each section, salad, soup, sandwiches and hot bar, had good vegetarian options. I think any dietary restriction could be met easily.
